My sister went there, had a reaction to their sandwich because they put vinegar. She specifically said what to put, cause she knows she is allergic, and they didn't follow the order. She was told sorry and given a free sandwich card. Really??? How about returning her money!! She had to go to CVS buy an allergy medicine, they are lucky it worked fast, plus water and all she got was a sorry and come back. Yet the remaining of her day was ruined, she spent an extra $10 and couldn't nurse her baby the rest of the day. They need better training there. A sandwich and readying an order should not be hard to do. We go out to enjoy an $8 sandwich we can do at home, so we can do something different and enjoy the day. I got two sandwiches from this location and they were the saddest excuses for a DeliD sandwich I’ve ever been served. I ordered them with “THE WORKS” and even verbally said yes LOAD it please, just no Mayo. There is one little tomato, ONE tiny onion l, one tiny end of a wax pepper a dot of mustard no oil or vinigar and maybe 6 little strands of lettuce… sadly my husband’s sandwich was just as if not more bare/dry all I can taste is Swiss cheese that is a bit waxy from sitting out and bread! I spent $30 on two sandwiches to get something not even pleasant to eat… I I’ll drive out of my way to a different location from now on! We went in at 7:40 on a weeknight and all the customer chairs we coralled in rows up in front. It was obvious they were trying to close the store early, before the posted 8:00 time. After ordering, we moved two chairs to a table to sit down. The sandwiches were delivered to us and they were excellent, as usual. It's just that we had to endure things being noisily slid around for cleaning, dust from sweeping, and the front half of the store all wet from mopping. It was a slippery challenge to refill our sodas. By the way, we walked out right at 8:00, so no idea why they had to do this! Also, the employees were debating whether to answer a phone call at 7:50.
