Horrible experience. I had a root canal referral from my dentist here. I had the 1st appt at 8:15 am. From the time I arrived and left no other customers called or came In. First, I was left waiting 5 minutes or so with no one to greet me. Once the receptionist arrived she whispered under her breath so you can barely understand her. Not to mention zero personality whatsoever. Second she had no idea who I was or why I was there , even though I was referred. And later on it was clear they had all my info. Third, I waited another 20-30 minutes to be brought to a room at which point X-rays were taken (again!) Once that was done I was left there with not updates as to what’s happening next , for another 30 minutes. Finally the Dr. came in to do the consultation (seemed very nice) that took all of 15 minutes , then she said give them 5 minutes and someone would come discuss the cost breakdown. 20-30 minutes later a lady shows up to explain this and advises me it’ll be $800 ,which it may be however everyplace in the world would call you before hand to prepare you for any sizable costs before the appointment, as my dentist did and every other medical professional I’ve ever dealt with ! Regardless it is what it is. I signed the forms said fine, and laid back. But no I was told I needed to get up and get my card out and pay now! I said I’ll get you on the way out as I am laying In a dentist chair. Nope! We require you to pay upfront! I walked! Now mind you I have bleeding disorder and I am required to take very expensive rare medication 1 hour prior to any dental procedures. We are now past that! And they had all the instructions from my hematologist, not to mention the dr and I just went through these instructions. Now I understand why there were no customers or phone calls in the 1.5 hours I was there! Basic customer service seems to be absent nowadays and especially in the medical field since they have it in their minds weee required to use them. The staff at this facility was absolutely amazing, and put my 15 year old daughter Aspen at complete ease.

Dr Sethi was so kind and gentle with my child, going the extra mile to make sure she was comfortable. She has the most impeccable bedside manner of any dental specialist I have EVER met, and given I have an entire mouth of dental implants, I’ve met more than my fair share! My daughter has a high level of anxiety with regards to doctors and dentist visits, and witnessing Dr Sethi soothe her in a way that a mother would soothe her own child, was remarkable and showed the highest level of nurture and care!

Aspen has some auto-immune issues and Dr Sethi seemed VERY knowledgeable, not only in regards to her dental heath, but also about the things she should and shouldn’t be given during the course of her treatment, so as not to negatively impact her over-all health! This was so impressive to me, given she is an Endodontics specialist and not a Rhuematologist, and really speaks volumes for how attentive she is, and how much she cares!

All of the support staff are super kind and VERY communicative, making sure we understood the process from start to finish, the costs associated, and answering any and all questions we had- even via text, when I needed. I don't usually post reviews; however, my overall experience from initial contact, consultation to the (root canal) was positively exceedingly beyond any expectations I held.

The front desk team are professional, provide timely information and friendly.

Dr. Shaveti Sethi has what I have discovered are rare in medical care today. She is a professional in each interaction beginning to completion filled with compassion and skill!

Ms. Rachel who assisted also presented these invaluable traits; caring and skill throughout the procedure.

While the procedure felt long, I knew it was necessary. They both appropriately checked in on me. I had some expected discomfort and was exhausted; however, No Pain- during or post procedure.
