A month later I went to pick up the order. For 15 minutes the lady was confused. She went around looking for the order, talking to her employees, looking through her phone for our texts, but she never said she didn’t make them. I showed her our texts. She stared at my phone for 5 minutes. I finally said “so you don’t have the order?” She said no then proceeds to blame it on me for not following up. Very unprofessional.
