Terrible experience. Inquired about birthday donuts was asked to text the number that was given verbally with details. After providing the necessary info a reply of “yes” was given. A month later I went to pick up the order. For 15 minutes the lady was confused. She went around looking for the order, talking to her employees, looking through her phone for our texts, but she never said she didn’t make them. I showed her our texts. She stared at my phone for 5 minutes. I finally said “so you don’t have the order?” She said no then proceeds to blame it on me for not following up. Very unprofessional. I will NEVER do business here again. I wasted 20 minutes of my morning and disappointed my daughter (ON HER BIRTHDAY). Way to go...

5 months ago I stopped coming to this place when the young girl started taking overIt. I sold old coffee I asked her was it fresh to Coffee she said yes and the coffee was cold I said okay no problem Lot of none coffee drinkers disrespect coffee an the people who drink it in this manner I came back today just to see the same young girlShuffling all of the kolaches with her bare hands and no gloves and she knew she was doing wrong because when she saw me she froze and tried to put her hands down real slow I just shook my head got my coffee and walked out but I won't be attending that place anymore and for all you guys who are eating kolaches today they have DNA on them. Young ppl are. Not trained properly at these...
