Worst experience with the management and priest. If you need peace of mind go to any other temple not to this one. My son wanted to go to Tirupathi and offer his hair. As he couldnāt go there I suggested him to go to this temple. 3 days before I called and had a talk to volunteer lady. She told that he can give ą°®ą±ą°”ą±ą°ą°¤ą±ą°¤ą±ą°°ą°²ą± in the temple and the rest he can do with the barber behind the temple where there is open space. So we felt equal importance to Tirumala and my son went there. When the barber came and shaving in the back side of temple this lady came and fought and insulted him as if he is homeless and using that place. If they are not comfortable she could have told him in a nicer way. Instead called all the people from temple made a fuss. Shame on the management. They should learn some manners and then volunteer. Itās his birthday, young man went to this temple from Houston thinking itās a holy place and faced horrible insult by the priest and the volunteer lady and her husband. Dare to do the bad karma right at the temple?? God...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe temple is nice, and Iāve always had a good darshan.
However, the priest doubling the total charges by adding a donation amount along with a puja service didnāt feel rightāit came across as taking advantage. Itās not that Iām unwilling to donate, but it should be with my consent or at least clearly explained that the donation is being added to the total charge.
Iām leaving this review so others are aware and this doesnāt happen to them. Iām sure not everyone has this experience, but in my case, it felt as though this treatment was targeted toward devotees who are less vocal or less likely to question the charges. Such practices can leave a negative impression and may discourage genuine devotees from visiting, which is unfortunate for a place meant to inspire faith...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst Temple Experience in 15 Years
This is by far the worst temple Iāve visited in the USA in the last 15 years. Thereās an older priest here who openly demands money and seems more interested in financial contributions than in offering spiritual guidance. Shockingly, he even asks visitors about their caste, and I have no idea what he does with that information. This behavior is completely inappropriate and goes against the principles of any temple. Itās clear that this place prioritizes money over genuine service. Authorities should seriously consider taking action against this kind of conduct. Avoid this place if youāre looking for a peaceful and sincere spiritual experience. I am pretty sure this is the temple that I visited and will...
