I am so definitely will give a local place the benefit of the doubt and multiple chances. If it’s bad food I just won’t go back but will stay quiet. Mediocre, I’ll give it a second and maybe third chance. What I won’t tolerate is mediocre food and lack of integrity. We ordered here a few weeks ago. Ordered the gluten free bbq chicken. The crust is super thin and tough. What bothered me the most is that the toppings and cheese were almost raw. I assume they haven’t mastered cooking the crust while also adequately cooking the toppings. We decided to try this place again last night. When I went to their homepage a pop-up coupon displayed. “15% discount on any order.” Nice. Decided to try the Greek pizza with gluten free crust. They wouldn’t honor the coupon. Response was “that’s delivery only”. Wut? “But the coupon states all orders.” Well “that’s Grub Hub’s fault, we are not going to accept it.” “So, you are going to lose a customer over a few dollars…” Interesting. Well, luckily the crust was still thin and tough. The toppings were raw and gross. There are much better gluten free options at Spin Pizza (cauliflower is awesome) and Zelat. Spin also puts out a bunch of offers and runs a great loyalty program. Obviously we...

TERRIBLE FREE ‘delivery service’

Two hours later, I had a competitors pizza delivered. It should be a one star, but the nice delivery guy bumped it up.

Placed order over phone. It wasn’t until the very end of our call that they informed me it’d be an hour to an hour and 15 before it arrived. We decided we would wait a considerable amount of time even though we were less than two miles away.

After nearly an hour and a half, we called in to check on it. We were disconnected once. Called back and then waited while he started calling drivers. He finally found our driver and said he was 2 min away. About 8 min later, he showed up. We paid cash, tipped him well and then he proceeded to hand us a barely warm box. We told him it was cold and he said he left the restaurant ‘about 30 min’ ago. We asked for our money back and gave him back the cold box. He offered to bring a fresh one, but we declined based on the past 90 minutes.

No one called to check or apologize. We got on Door Dash and ordered from Palios. 28 min later we have a cheaper, hot, high quality pizza. Perhaps it’s time to let Door Dash/others handle their delivery business, as it cost them a...

Bad food & service! Terrible customer service. The lady at the register (older lady, short brown-reddish hair) was very moody when I asked questions about the menu even after telling her it was my first time at the restaurant. I ended up just getting two slices of pizza and two drinks and was charged over $25 and she refused to give me a receipt. When pizza came out I asked for Parmesan, crushed red pepper, and napkins and she gave me two napkins. I was with my toddler who is a messy kid and I needed more than 1 napkin and when I asked for more she was physically bothered. She made our lunch very uncomfortable. I will not be returning. Additionally, the pizza was very bland and nothing special about it. Definitely not with the $25 for two slices of pizza. Other customers that day were also complaining about her attitude. Lastly, it’s unfortunate that for a family owned restaurant no one during my visit including myself was greeted in or out. Just doesn’t leave a good...

Food here is very subpar, emphasize the very!! I don’t even know where to start. Their so called garlic cheese bread was a piece of bread slapped on with a piece of cheese that wasn’t even cooked. Don’t even get me started with the pizza. Their Chicago pizza tasted like elementary school pizza. It wasn’t even Chicago style. People from Chicago would be disgraced. The cheese was stuck to the top of the box. It tasted like we ate cardboard with a bunch of nasty meat on top. And their veggie pizza was disgusting. I would rather eat leftover frozen pizza from Kroger rather than eating here. Not to mention instead of salad dressing they gave us pizza sauce (which was cold and tasted like it came from a jar) for our salad. We all took a couple bites of our food. We will be trashing it and going to In N Out. What a disgrace.

If I could give a negative zero, I would! Tried the Italian sausage calzone! It was horrible. The dough was sadly under cooked and there was very little meat, cheese and veggies. At $15+ for each calzone, this establishment is getting over on customers! If I wanted to eat bread and sauce, I would’ve ordered breadsticks. And aside from the nasty food, the customer service needs a bit of work, also! We were not greeted when entering and had to wait for someone to even acknowledge us! I definitely do NOT recommend this place! It is so not worth your time or money!
