No pressure. Under sell, Over deliver. I started looking for a spa several months ago and made several trips to Spa Kingdom. Both sales people were wonderful, full of knowledge.
Matt Snow was such a great guy, so helpful. He spent so much time with me explaining the different options. He truly knew his stuff! He was kind and helpful and offered all the good and bad with both new and used spas.
Ultimately, I decided on a used spa. The one I picked out was not yet available, but he still took the time to show it to me and explain the details of how Spa Kingdom updates all their used spas. I have no doubt that the used spa I bought is as close to new as you could get by the time they got done with it.
I just had a new birdcage screening put on my house, so I was very concerned about how to take part of it down to get the spa in. The owner, Larry, was so kind, he stopped by the house and looked at everything and told me exactly what needed to be done. He took the time to discuss the best location in my space to place the tub.
From beginning to end, I simply could not have been more pleased with the service, the information and attention to detail.
The installation took place over a week sooner then I expected! Matt the other owner was present at the install to make sure it all went smoothly. They took the time to fill it and make sure everything was working just fine and showed me how to use it properly as well. The install guys were great, they knew what they were doing and were polite and informative.
Being new to Florida it can be difficult to find reputable companies to deal with. I felt comfortable immediately upon walking into the showroom. No one was pressuring me, they just wanted to help and offer all the information about spas...pros and cons.
From the owners to the sales people to the office staff, I simply could not be happier.
I chose them for weekly spa service, how could I not??? They did such a great job from beginning to end.
While I dealt with Matt Snow for my purchase, I chatted enough with Leeanne as well in my many visits. They both are wonderful people who truly care about their customers.
The owners are present, available and truly want every single person who walks in the door to feel that they will receive the best service...which includes no one "high pressuring" you and that you will have absolutely no surprises throughout the process.

Read moreWe just had our spa installed and the installers were professional and thorough. VERY happy! We were just disappointed with our salesperson, Matt Grow. He told us that bringing in a check would delay delivery because it had to clear so once we were notified that the spa was in, we got a cashier’s check to expedite delivery. However, we still had to wait a week and a half to get spa. Obviously, there would have been plenty of time for the check to clear. Also, when the spa was delivered, we expressed our concern that the outside color was not the color we were shown in the shop. We contacted Matt and he became defensive and argumentative. We felt that customer service stopped once the check cleared.
UPDATE…. Spa Kingdom did offer to change out the outside color because the gray didn’t look gray. Evidently, the color can vary. We decided not to change anything and live with what we have. We appreciated the offer, though!
ADDITIONALLY, We had some questions about the operation of the spa. The online manual wasn’t helping. When we had our initial orientation by the installer it was quick, but once we started using and maintaining the spa by ourselves, many questions came up. Today, Matt S. came and went through everything in a slow and very detailed manner. He cleaned the filters and demonstrated everything the spa could do. Read moreI paid the full amount for my spa so that I would be first in line to receive it, no one would ever call me I was always the one calling, he said I could use their electrician or who ever I wanted, their electrician gave me the run around so I used Frank Gay Services, witch is highly rated in the villages, So I used them and they hooked it up by according to Spa Kingdoms instructions. I also called them several times to make sure everything was good, while I waited for them to contact me to let me know when my spa was in, I was always the one that had to make the first call, finally it came in, they hooked it up but was having something going wrong with emergency shut off. They did not know what was going on, they changed out the Circuit panel in hot tub, still didn’t work, finally they figured out it could possibly be something in GFI switch, they blamed my electrician and my electricians blamed them, I wait at least two weeks waiting for Spa Kingdom to help me, and I was the only one doing the calling, finally the owners son Matt they told me came by the house and fixed it, He was a very rude person and blamed everything on everyone but them, If i was able I definitely would give them back their hot tub, i've never been treated like this before, Matt Grow only worry is...
