I stumbled on to this jewelry store by accident. I had been on a waiting list at Rolex for 7 month waiting on a new just date Rolex. After calling Rolex every week they could not give me a delivery date. So I decided to drop into Country Club Jewelers. I met Joe the owner, who is one of the most proffessional business owner I have met. I explained to him my situation and he advised that he would make some calls. Never expecting to hear back from, only because new Rolexes are hard to come by now. I left. A day later Joe calls me and to tell me that he had found my Rolex (a brand new one). I tell you you this guy is awesome! Since then, we have established a great relationship and I have used his services a couple of times. I had never been to this jeweler before and happened to see it was near my Fullerton home. I was driving by one day and decided to stop in. I was looking to fix one link in a piece of gold costume jewelry and see if he might have a post for one hoop earring. As I was quite the stranger, I didn’t expect such warmth and acceptance from Joe and his lovely assistant! It really wasn’t cost efficient to purchase a post repair since it was not gold or real silver… I could replace the earrings for less!
