I was looking for places that did "경락마사지" or meridian facial massage because I struggled a lot with facial bloating/TMJ but wanted to stick with more natural procedures rather than injectables.
Compared to other local businesses that range from $300-400 per session, Naomi's services are very reasonably priced for the quality of materials she uses and the effectiveness of her treatments.
I was so surprised to see how immediate results were, with people mentioning they felt like I lost weight (because my face slimmed down) around the 2nd/3rd session point.
She also doesn't guilt trip you into purchasing more expensive options, but is very knowledgable at recommending services that are more appropriate to your needs as she figures out your skin type/problem areas more with each visit. I've observed how excellent she is at adjusting the treatment to fit each client's needs (I have sensitive acne prone skin around my chin area so she switched out her usual massage lotion for an acne treatment cream so I wouldn't break out - have RARELY broken out in that area since).
I'm halfway through my 10 session package, but it genuinely was one of the best investments I could've done for myself this year with my hormonal acne around my chin area getting controlled, overall facial shape shrunk, jaw tension reduced, and I noticed that my overall skin texture/brightness is nothing like before.
I leave each session feeling so rejuvenated and the longevity of how great my skin/facial shape looks is lasting longer with each session. I've been recommending Naomi's services to any friend who wanted to explore skin care/facial massage, and she is definitely one of the best...
Read moreSo I started going to Kang Esthetic on August 9 with a 10-session package.
Guess what? On my first day, the esthetician took one look at my face and said: “…Your skin’s too sensitive to touch today.“ :(
She wasn’t wrong though — my face looked like it had been through a desert storm. (Dry, flaky, tight… basically, my skin was crying for help.)
But instead of forcing a treatment, she told me to rest my skin for a week, taught me a simple daily facial massage, and recommended a few basic ingredients for calming and repairing.
And omg — it was instant magic. Within days, my skin started glowing like it remembered how to be skin again.
Now, here’s the thing*: I’m an introvert, and usually I hate face-to-face one-on-one stuff. But this esthetician? She’s different. No awkward questions. No fake “so what do you do?” small talk. Just calm energy, total focus, and genuinely caring vibes. It feels like therapy — but for your face. 😌
I kept going every week, and now my friends keep saying “Your face looks smaller!”, “Your neck looks longer!” and I’m like… maybe it’s just my confidence stretching out 😏
Anyway — one thing’s for sure: Facial contouring (Gyeongrak) isn’t a one-time miracle. You’ve gotta show up, follow the advice, and keep at it. If you do, though? The glow-up is...

What you explained to me was not entirely accurate. I do remember you mentioning that there would be an extra charge for the vitamin C, but other than that, the way you spoke felt very unprofessional — almost like you were trying to gloss over things, which in Korean we might describe as “sounding a bit like a scam.”
Also, since you brought this up, I want to mention something else: when you looked at my face and pinched my cheek very hard with your hand, saying, “What is this lump? How could you walk around with this?” — that really hurt. It happened so quickly that I didn’t react in the moment, but the way you touched me and the words you used were upsetting and made me feel pressured to proceed with the treatment.
I’ve been receiving skincare treatments once a week for the past three months, so when you said that, are you implying that the previous treatments I received didn’t do anything? That means you're speaking negatively about other skincare products, and I don't think I can trust what you're saying.
Your explanation and the way you responded didn’t feel professional, and I’m honestly...
