My Dad and I went here to get new beds because we both have surgeries coming up soon. Jonathan King helped us out and was exactly what you want to find when coming across a salesman. Honest, patient, and definitely helps you find what you need and in no way tries to rip you off. My Dad was on a walker and couldn't get around fast at all. Jon made sure to take care of both of us with patience. We were there past closing time at least an hour and a half because we couldn't make our minds up about our beds. Even though it was closing time, Jon locked the door threw both of us a bottled water and said " Let's get comfortable and figure this out". You can text and ask questions in advance and they will reply. Brian was the person that sold me a bed, he was very knowledgeable, I was not pressured into buying the most expensive bed. I told him what I wanted and did not feel awkward or embarrassed letting him know my budget which was on the moderate side. The credit card machine was broken but he called another store and they processed the paperwork in an instant. No problem. *Two big pluses buying from this store. They deliver. Went to every mattress store in town before going to bed express. I had a specific mattress that I was in the market for and beds express hands down had the best deal in town and also very thorough in their efforts to insure I was satisfied with my purchase. I would certainly recommend buying from this company.

Update almost two years after the purchase our mattress we had a spring collapse causing a section of the bed to sag. Bedzzz Express made our warranty claim a breeze.
