First of all, no hate to the girl working there, she was very kind, but a misunderstanding and the store policy kinda screwed me out of $33. Although I’ve tried a cartridge (which I liked) and a disposable (which I hated) once or twice, it’s been a long time, and I am an absolute amateur to anything hemp related now. Went in to buy a cart for a pen, asked for some help finding a cart for a pen since I don’t really know much about them, she started showing me the carts, but we accidentally moved into disposables and I wasn’t aware. She sold me one, I left. I travelled roughly 5 minutes down the road to the gym, opened up the box once to see what it looked like, and yep, it was a disposable, which I definitely didn’t want. Went back, and even though I had only been gone 10-15 minutes, I wasn’t allowed to exchange it or return it still in the box with the receipt and nothing moved or removed. Said it was store policy.

I mean I understand a store policy like that, and I’m partially responsible for not knowing much about the products and not fully reading each box while she was helping me, but I’m down $33 after tax with a product that I don’t want and will almost definitely be thrown away. Have in mind exactly what you want in this place and don’t leave until you’re absolutely positive you’re buying the right thing.
