We want refunds This rude waiter almost messed up our mothers day . Her energy rolling her eyes when we ask a question, she walked away while I was putting in my order, no smiles, not sure how much English she understands. Mothers day memories she gave us is unfair.

It messed up our mothers day dinner. At a time we were suppose to be celebrated, we felt like we were barely being tolerated, like we were a bother. We treated her with respect & a good tone. So that nasty eye rolling was uncalled for. She didn't even tell us Happy Mother's day.

We kept our Kool but almost left before the food came out. Most of us & our friends didn't finish their meals . The quesadillas were burnt. When I asked her nicely if you can remake them,she rolled her eyes.

The food was better on Friday when we came for the first time. There was good live music and a better waiter. She still wasn't the most friendliest but she wasn't rude like this one.

I had to shake off the false guilt of inviting our friends there. It was embarrassing & discouraging. It felt belittling. We were thinking it was going to be a good time but they told us the Attalla location was better customer service.

I doubt that we will go to the gadsden/ rainbow City location again. We only went for the music Friday and the discount for mother's Day. The discount still wasn't worth it. Those memories, we are still talking about a week later. My friends blood pressure was up, she had her watch on that showed her.

We want our refund back not only was the food nasty and costed more than my friends expected for theirs but it messed up time and our day a fellowship and dinner. It seemed like the lady didn't want to have to work on mother's Day. We had to deal with her. Please contact us . We deserve an apology...

The staff was very nice & our waiter was very good at trying to make us happy. Our first glass of tea was not sweet & had sugar sitting on the bottom. Our waiter saw me stirring it & quickly came to apologize & replaced them with new tea, which was good & sweet. The chips are a little thicker than most restaurants in the area, but some may like that. The salsa had a little to much cumin for my taste. I prefer the tomato & cilantro to be the top flavor in salsa. We ordered the steak fajitas for two. The steak & vegetables tasted great & the rice & beans were excellent as well. There was a good bit of fat & gristle in the steak, but there was so much of the steak it didn't matter after taking it out. We got a regular margarita & a strawberry margarita. The regular margarita had plenty of tequila but no lime flavor at all. It was more like a tequila slushy. The strawberry margarita tasted great but seemed to have very little or no tequila. We almost wondered if they put both shots in the regular margarita & none in the strawberry. Overall it was a decent experience but there's plenty of room for improvement. I think they have a lot of potential going forward, but it's a crowded market with exceptional & already established competition. But they were open on a Friday night after 9 when much of the competition was closed, which is the main reason we chose it. The prices were very good as well. The ticket was only $35 for two including the two alcohol drinks. We may go back for the lunch buffet. If the food is as good on the buffet as the dinner food, it would be a...

We would Like a refund! We invited a group for Mother’s Day only for service to be terrible! The waitress was rude especially with the eye rolling when each of us individual were ordering. She kept walking off while we was ordering (it was like we was talking to a wall). She seem like she did not want to be at work. The energy was off really bad. With her bad attitude on a holiday, made one of the mothers blood pressure go up. My mom food was burnt even on the remake. She didn’t even try acknowledge what one of the orders would be (name of dish). She was half listening to orders and it ended up being wrong. The food was not even good. She stood somewhere by a table waving the receipt book at us (rushing us to pay). She answered the phone instead of giving me my card back (I didn’t realize it until I was outside for 10 minutes) the other waitress brought my card back to me afterwards. The waitress was nice to every other tables but ours. I felt like she was being racist to be honest. I forget her name. We all would like a refund and we will go to...
