I have been training with Josh for about 2 years or so and I can definitely vouch that he is one of the best personal trainers out there. I started off knowing nothing about lifting weights and training with him has laid out a solid foundation that’s gotten me so far in my fitness journey. His background knowledge in weightlifting has helped me try different programs and techniques that catered to my needs and fitness goals.
He has made a major impact in my progress, strength and confidence in the gym as a woman and someone who used to be intimidated in that environment. I had gone through the motions of working out at GHFC and even used their trainers. But I never saw any improvement. I had never seriously done strength training until I started with Josh last year February. Within a month of training with Josh I noticed a big difference. Josh focussed on 4 compound training exercises: Deadlift, squat, bench press and overhead press with barbells. For the first time I was enjoying weight lifting. I have been hooked ever since.
