Vegan Gator Food Truck — Restaurant in Gainesville

Warning: Mind blowing, and tasty vegan food. In a recent trek into a farmers market, I stumbled upon the Vegan Gator food truck. Doing a specials menu allows you to switch things up and not just offer the same items every day. This was the case with their Jerk Alfredo pasta. Packed with so much flavor, this pasta is impossibly great. I also was able to try their chickn sandwich, a bold plant based protein seasoned well and fried, which has an emphasis in a similar tasty batter likened to long john silvers, to which I also request they do the same crispy batter bits in a tray with their fries. Besides the tea and lemonade I also got to try their Skrimp. As someone who had shrimp taken off the menu in life, I missed the flavo which this packed in 10x fold. The owner of this truck has a firm grasp on just how you can explore and experiment to make something tasty, it works so much better when it is healthy too. The Vegan Gator showed up and showed out!!! I've been eating vegan food for over 5 years. With that being said, I've tasted the majority of popular vegan food offerings. The Vegan Gator's selections weren't anything I haven't heard of for the most part, however the taste and final product were out of this world, and like nothing I had ever experienced! Hello All in and near Gainesvilles Fl or coming to the home of the Gators and want some Simply Delicious Eats the "Vegan Gator" Food Truck is the place go. As a connoisseur of food I give them 5 stars for outstanding taste and presentation. I'm allergic to gluten too and they have a delcious Gluten free bun option as well. Chef Drew & Crew have taken plant based dining to new heights. Truly a taste bud pleaser, simply delicious food for all.
