It’s free but helmets and waivers required and for some reason they’re really strict about how you use their relics of the past. Still a cool park, have you tried it? #skate #fyp #skateboarding

The park is nice enough, but the hours are absolutely abysmal. They need more staff to keep it open more hours, or the city needs to get rid of the attendants all together and leave it open to the public to use. They also close for "inclement weather" for the most ridiculous reasons. On multiple sunny afternoons I've come to skate and it's be closed for no good reason.

I’ve been going to Gaithersburg Skatepark for almost 7 years now and the skatepark and it’s staff have made it a safe environment for the pleasure of skateboarding and is very family friendly and the skaters and I are very nice and respectful to people and our home away from home,...
