This review is only for HERBAL BEAUTY hiding inside this beautiful shop. Lotte in general is a beautiful international market, where you will get good quality products for an affordable prices. I would give 5 stars for that. Moving on this Herbal BEAUTY, this ain't a real salon where two money hungry old ladies run the show, who doesn't even know how to treat their customers. One fine evening my wife went for eyebrow threading and she is been going there since a very long time, but not anymore and also she is going to recommend others also not to go there. There is usually a bunch of people sitting as this is a little cheaper corner. After sitting in the chair, one of the lady(not the owner) came for the service. She started to do her job and it seems that she was simultaneously attending to another customer for hair dyeing. Literally, she just left my wife doing her job and went to the other customer after there was some sort of alarm went off. She was sitting there with half work done. She understood the situation and did not said anything when the lady left her half done. After a while she returned back to her and did the rest, my wife got up and was checking for closer look for about 10 seconds and lady was telling her "FAST" in an outrageous tone and "SIGHS". Who the hell will act like this? Don't she know the basic manners how to behave with others with respect. That lady does not even know to speak english properly, moreover doesn't even know to give respect to others. If I was in that position, I would have fought with her real ugly. She was lucky enough to save herself. Honestly, DON'T GO THERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A SERVICE WITH RESPECT AND A SMILE. DON'T SHOP HERE--POOR SERVICE AND COVID UNSAFE.. This place has gone seriously downhill. I used to shop here all the time because of the produce and fish variety, but the last few experiences have been so disturbing that I will not shop here again. Many other ethnic stores in the area are now better options. Last week, on a busy afternoon, they had only 2 checkouts open, with people lining up in the aisles to pay all the way back to the seafood area. A few people were trying to go to the customer service counter to ask the manager to open more checkouts, but they couldn't find anyone. One lady asked an employee that she finally found who said she couldn't do anything about it, and that there was no manager on duty. What kind of a large grocery store is run on a busy afternoon without a manager on duty? Under the current covid conditions, it was difficult and scary for people because they were getting congested in the aisles with their carts waiting to pay while other shoppers were trying to squeeze into shop in the same aisles. There were employees stocking the aisles at the same time, with their masks below their noses, and no interest in helping customers. This is a store that takes zero covid protections. There are no hand sanitizers anywhere, and people are constantly packed in the store. After all that waiting in the aisle I came home with a couple of large containers of yogurt that sill had a month left for expiration, but when I opened them, the yogurt had gone bad. Clearly, somewhere it didn't get refrigerated or deal with properly. I took them back to the store and they would not take them back for refund or exchange. Really poor service. I just see no reason to shop here anymore to get poor service, bad products and unsafe environment. There are many other...

Horrible Customer Service. We bought box of clementines, which were posted to reduced price. But at the checkout they charged old price. When we found out this at home, tried calling to store. The person answering call was talking in other language not known to me. So decided to go back to store. The lady at customer service was so rude. She behaved like this couldn't be true. When I stated the sign for reduced price is still there, then she agreed. But then she rudely told me, for any refund you have to get product there. I think on receipt I give to you, it clearly shows what product I bought for what price. Come on, I am here because of your mistake. At least try to be polite. Not like I am there to rob you.

And beware customers of expiry dates on products you buying. Many times found expired products. And check products all the sides. Cheese block on the shelf was looking good, but picked to see fungus...
