Galesburg Public Library — Attraction in Galesburg

Very nice free public library. pickup locker outside front doors and drive through drop off to the side. new updated building with good bathrooms, lighting, lots of places to sit and plenty of books. two vending machines one for drinks mostly then one for snacks but they are so overpriced. i think the skittles were like $2.50. really the only thing i have to say bad about this place is that the staff do NOT do their part at keeping the people in check with how loud they are. there’s a quiet computer area then a regular one and more often than not there are people talking and or playing computer games with sound on all in the quite area as the staff are also right there yet let people get away with it. also they let homeless people sleep anywhere they want inside amd outside the building and do absolutely nothing about it and they’ve even told people who complain that they don’t really care because it’s a safe public place for everyone and they can’t discriminate against them. do...

This library has been incredibly unhelpful to me personally but they tend to help anyone else in the world to the best of their abilities. Yesterday someone locked me out of my main google acount while I was in there and added another phone to my acount. They stole my private keys to my bitcoin wallet and the library helped them to accomplish this. I have all types of proof that it was all mine before this little conspiracy to rob Me completely. That python version of the sha256 private keys was originally in another format someone hacked into my acounts and switched it all out while the people there sat around laughing and joking about it all like it's some...

I love the library and it doesn't help that I used to work here. They're always resourceful. Yesterday it had been a while since I had been there and got a new card. The one thing I'm excited about is the new card design. It had been the same for the longest and now there's a few options. Not only that, the explore more Illinois. This gets discounts and free access to an array of museums, parks, and other local attractions throughout the state. I'd highly recommend coming here. They offer so much more than just books. We really don't realize how many resources and activities the library...
