Wow 🤩, I am amazed at how beautiful my daughters dress came out! To be honest, I was concerned about the price of the dress but once we got the dress the quality and craftsmanship surpassed the cost. The expertise that went into this dress down to the smallest details is beyond what I could imagine. The sales staff were excellent. They measured my daughter and made sure everything was correct. Not sure how this place has such great reviews in regards to customer service. My mother in law went in and was looking for a dress for my better halfs (her daughter) graduation ceremony, for her masters degree. Virginia was absolutely short, rude and curt with her. My mother in law is the nicest person and she was so frustrated with Virginia's customer service that she could not stop pointing out all of the rude remarks and short unprofessional responses to basic questions. You Virginia costed yourself a customer with the intentions of spending good money in your store....
