Silver Dust Trading Company — Attraction in Gallup

I made an order this summer and wanted to fix up some items for ceremony and made sure I put in the order in time for me to complete it. I ordered essentially the same product just different colors but was sent the wrong product. The second time around I spoke with an assistant since the manager was unavailable and she was rude. Apparently in their confusion they ultimately changed my address for some reason and it was sent to the wrong address. Then they wanted me to go check around and ask multiple places which I was against but did it anyway so I could attend ceremony still no luck. A third time I spoke to them and sent them an easier more reliable address and they still sent it to the wrong place and when asked about the inconvenience and mishandling of the merchandise they said it was going to be no charge which also seemed to have fallen through on their end. My family and I were shopping for a dress and this shop is nice and most of the employees were nice and helpful until one eavesdropping blast from the 80s looking rude Navajo employee comes up to me and my cousin and tells us to get out of the store for being "unprofessional" for talking about jewelry in the jewlery section. My cousin and I looked at each other in shock. That was upsetting because all the other employees were nice and helpful. I asked for her name and this vile person goes by the name of Betty. I went straight to the manager and I told him what happened and she was right behind me trying to twist some words to her advantage. This employee was only one who "unprofessional." My only concern is the website. I am far from home so I usually depend on websites to purchase supplies & the only issue with Silver Dust’s website is it’s constantly glitching. For whatever reason this is the only website that does this. Not sure if it has happened to other customers as well but this has been constant for me. The website also does not offer/display some of the things you would get if you went in person...
