10/25/2024 Apparently the more bad actions you make the more rewarded you are. The buildings needs a new owner and manager for allowing people like Room 108 to scream and fight for everyone to listen to and cook on patio. Room 108 can't sleep and likes to gut fish when everyone is sleeping at 3 am and cook with air fryer. Building needs a manager who actually makes a position difference vs allowing bad decisions. Room 108 still cooks on patio and screams everyday starting at 3 am to 5 am 08/29/2024 -There has been big cockroaches in building lately and is sad the owner let's Ben the maintenance worker still work at building when he's been caught talking bad about some of the seniors here calling them bad names. Ben also doesn't keep up with repairs and manipulates the seniors memory for example housing said the shower heads needs to be replaced because there very moldy 2022 Ben never replaced them but housing still passed it they said as long as it's replaced but there not supposed to pass it because of conditions they said that's illegal. They need a better maintenance worker who keeps up with repairs and who doesn't manipulate the seniors memory Ben leaves repairs looking more bad then before and fixes everythjng last minute with attitude and many excuses. A child can develop a better program to make sure to keep up with all the repairs and not wait last minute or speak bad behind clients back and not leave the repair looking more bad then before. Good luck when it comes to incredibly loud upstairs neighbors who decide to be loudest when the manager leaves everyday. Nothing has been done about complaints or about the fact that there are an incredible amount of cockroaches crawling thru the whole complex due to 1 tenant that still lives here. You'll get talked down to by the manager, she doesn't care, she also lies hardcore. Rent is waaaaaaaaaaaay more than its worth. Don't live here. It's so not worth it. This apartment complex is like a daycare, there are so many kids running around. The washers are constantly broken down, while the cleaning staff are on their cell phones. Cleaning staff are not hired as full time employees, so they are mostly walking around not cleaning or on their phones. Parking is horrible and if you have more than one care expect to pay $50 a month for an extra parking spot. They only give you one parking spot per apartment. It is not safe at night as there are some other non tenants that just come in to...
