Unexpectedly, I found Clay and Integrity Jewelers through a random Yelp search, and that was the best decision I ever made. Since I was new to the engagement ring process, Clay was very informative, thorough and offered exceptional customer service! I appreciated the fact that he really cared about my needs and was able to produce exactly what I envisioned in an engagement ring. I sent him photos of my vision and he worked diligently with his team to create a sentimental piece that my fiancée loved. Throughout the process, he was very patient, professional and always reminded me that it was ‘my ring’ and assured me that we would take as long as needed to make it perfect. I never felt rushed and never had an impression that he was trying to upsell.

I requested assistance in looking for a diamond with specific specs and he was able to find a stunning diamond within my budget. Due to my short lead time, I had five weeks to search for the perfect ring. I was a bit nervous because other places advised that they needed 6-8 weeks (or more) to create the ring. I expressed this concern to Clay and he said that it should not be a problem. After brainstorming my custom ring vision, creating the CAD images, then onto molding/casting, Clay and his team pulled some strings and delivered a beautiful piece in such a short time frame. I can see why so many of his clients rated Integrity Jewelers so highly, and honestly that gave me the peace of mind that I’m in good hands. You definitely get more than what you paid for. I don't usually write reviews but I feel I have to let people who are currently shopping for wedding ring or jewelry know where to go so they can get what they look for at a very reasonable price. We were shopping for my wedding ring for a long time (over a year) but could never find the one I had in my head. The design I was looking for is not common and the details I wanted on top of the design made it pretty much impossible to find. Most jewelers (who quoted us for a higher price) tried to persuade me to get another design or tell me it would not look good just because they don't carry it or they cannot customize it. When we finally found Clay, we told him what we wanted and he said he and his team could make it happen as long as we give him all the details. After reviewing the design (draft in 3D drawing and mold) and making a few minor changes, we confirmed the design and waited for the outcome. To be honest with you, I was kind of worried when I was waiting for the ring to be made because most of other jewelers told me it would not look good. When I actually got it, I was really surprised because it looked even better than I thought!!! I am really thankful for Clay and his team make my dream come true and if you feel the same way like I did, I would recommend...
