The ladies that volunteer here are doing amazing things! They accept gently used clothing and other items for resale in their thrift store but that's the only one tiny bit of their story. The profits from the sales are used right in the store to provide a clothing closet for lower income children. Each child is allowed a private shopping trip to select new clothing. They also pay for a dentist to come into the full dental office set up that they have in one of the back rooms. All of it is done with complete respect for the privacy of their clients. If you're looking for somewhere to donate to, you couldn't pick a better charity. Their selection of clothing is combed over for anything that might indicate it is used like a stain.
