Pains me an my heart to write this cause I believed I had a at min a decent relation ship with 808.. the lady and gentlemen in the office are fantastic my problem is with the head honcho miles did some work on my bike and it needed to be fixed or repaired or under warranty and then it took a while to get back to him cuz he was busy I was busy I was invited to bring the bike back after bringing it back he did not charge me to fix it but dismiss me as a customer and then my my bike blew up before my trip was completed just coincidence or just bad customer service I'm not sure but when he did the repairs I asked if there was any other things that I needed while we're doing the process because it wasn't about the money it was about making sure it was I thought the price was cheap that he was doing the work for and allowed me more affordability to take care of some other issues that may have came up during the process he offered none nor did he tell me there was parts warped or damaged on top of it it would have been much more painless to fix it in the beginning then I have to go back and do it all again and was really hurt by his dismissal of me as a customer I even offered to work it out monetarily in miles would have nothing of it not only is my bike blowed up and not working I'm out the money and hurt by the relationship severed my recommendation is entry at your own and keep caution when it comes to your bike and who you allowed to it was nice having a local shop that you trusted only to lose that trust completely. Just wanna say that I was very impressed with the customer service I received. I was in desperate states as my 05 Harley RK was running what I thought was lean after putting what I thought was bad gas. The dealership wouldn't be able to see me until late July but I happen to come across 808 Southbay Motorcycles and was fortunate to talk with Miles.
