Amazing customer service! Thank you to Esther Gort (assistant manager) for being so patient and informative with me. She really took the time to give me a detailed tour of the premises. There are actually working cameras covering the entire site and lots of clean, available storage units. I am so grateful for Esther showing me the newer 5x10 unit and comforting me in leaving my belongings there for storage. If you are moving from a one bedroom apartment, the 5x10 unit will definitely suffice, unless you have more than the usual belongings. It's so hard to find exceptional customer service nowadays, but Extra Storage really does an amazing job by hiring the most informed workers. Esther, you are simply the sweetest person! I admire that you go above and beyond in explaining the entire renting a storage unit process and your love for your job is apparent in your work ethic. I love how clean and safe all of the storage units are. Thank you Esther and Extra Space Units for making my move that much easier. The prices are all comparable to many other storage facilities. I don't like what I saw yesterday. Strange men with absolutely no masks on? Were inside units during covid 19 pandemick??? I was enraged. Un beknownst to some poor Tennant they had touched and moved items outside of the rental unit to change harps on locks.its ridiculous unsafe unacceptable.i pointed it out to the young man behind desk no masks can be carriers of covid 19. With full access to all of our units and belongings. Not watched either.looked rough shady long bushy beards hair I am very displeased and moving out.they also raised the rents during covid. All it takes is one cough one sneeze one touch civid.nobthank you. They workers look super sketch like homeless people do not look or dress professional. No thank you.now I have to spray everything down and pray...

Extra Space Storage is the best place to rent from. I have rented with many different storage companies before and by far extra space is number one in my book. Although it doesn't have air conditioning I can honestly say that even in the sunlight the units are kept fairly cool I guess because the way they're built or the ground or the location whatever the case is the units are kept cool so they don't get exceedingly hot. I like that each unit has a sprinkler system in it and a light for your convenience. Also like that I have not seen any roaches and mice to tear up your style it's refreshing to know that they're all drive up units and there's not a bug problem.
