December 2023: I'm updating my July 2023 review due to a recent development with Jumping World. They have now added the option for monthly memberships. This is a fairly major step forward and gets them closer to par with other kid-friendly venues (Urban Air, Crayola Experience, Perot Museum, Hawaiian Waters, etc.). Unfortunately, it's not enough to move my rating up a notch, but I will say its a solid three stars vs. a reluctant three. While I'm very pleased to have the monthly option, the implementation is just weird. Customers have to choose between the weekday membership or the weekend membership. I suppose you could purchase both, but why? Why not just do the math and figure out what a full access monthly pass would cost? And still, the membership is only for jumping. It doesn't include any additional perks such as discounts or tokens. But honestly, even if it was just a single monthly pass for the full week, it would be enough to warrant four stars, even without the added perks. The nickel and dime approach is still my biggest complaint. There are added features that cost $5 or $10 extra per use, vs an Urban Air where you have one membership level which covers the full week and is all-inclusive. We still visit Jumping World, even a bit more now with the monthly memberships, but this is mainly because of the much larger trampoline space for running and jumping. For a more versatile experience that is all-inclusive we still lean more toward Urban Air. July 2023: I initially rated this place five stars a while back. Now downgrading to three, while actually still being a little bit generous. I lot has changed recently. First, they’ve just recently wrapped up a big part of a long term construction project to install go-carts. The new go-carts cost $10 for a five minute ride. So the one-hour jump pass now covers a lot less territory because the “included” square feet of activities have been significantly reduced to add an on-demand option that mostly sits idle from what I can tell during my limited visits post installation. There is also another significant amount of square feet still under construction. I’m not optimistic that this will bode well for the one-hour pass, since the last time space was converted it was subtracted from the amount of space the one-hour pass could access without additional charges. Honestly, with competitors like Urban Air, I have significantly reduced my spend with Jumping World. At Urban Air my kiddos can get a monthly pass, and select the highest category of membership, and then have access to everything in the facility, including the bumper cars. No up charge. Urban Air even includes a free bottle of water or bag of popcorn with each visit for those with a monthly membership. And the monthly membership costs about the same as a one-hour pass at Jumping World, which, as a matter of fact, is a pass that is sharply declining in bang-for-buck value.

We had my son's 5th birthday party here, and he had a blast! I really love all the options: trampolines, foam pit, dodge ball, dunking, obstacle course, toddler/baby play area, arcade games, etc. It makes it ideal for a birthday party with different kids with different interests. A few reasons I am not giving 5 stars: 1) our hostess was not very experienced. I had to basically guide her in what she should be doing. There should be more training for the hosts or put more experienced hosts for large parties, so that parents do not have to do it for them, which is part of what you pay for with the birthday package. She was really only at our table for a total of 30 minutes. I ended up writing down names and fastening wrist bands myself. 2) I put in my notes for the party that I would be bringing my own decorations, but when I arrived they told me the table wasn't set up yet, and then I saw them quickly setting up the plates and cups, which I didn't need (see next point), so they had to take it all down once they finally let us into the party area which cost us time. Maybe an option to select on the website when you order your party would streamline the process. 3) We were told we could arrive 15 minutes early to set up, but the area wasn't ready for us when we arrived, so that ate up some of our time, as well. Overall, it was a good experience, but a little more organization would make it great!

My daughter had a wonderful party at this kid venue. The host were extremely helpful, customer service is great, venue is extremely clean (i.e. rest rooms, snack bar area, seating areas, etc). The prices are reasonable in my opinion compared to other trampoline parks that I have visited within the state of Texas. The only negative aspect would be the snack bar. I see that since my last visit which was 01/08/2018, we returned on 09/23/2018 and the snack bar has an upgraded menu list, including new items that were added. There should be two people within that area working, whereas one person should take orders, and the other should assist with food prep. The wait was extremely long for 2 hot dogs and 2 orders of nachos. I thought about canceling the order, but my daughter really wanted the items. Other than the long wait times in the snack bar, I had no other concerns. Everything else was smooth sailing. I also love the fact that there is much staff presence on the floor, in all areas of the venue. Makes me feel that safety is a top priority at this establishment. Either way, kudos to management. Please consider a two person team in the snack bar area, (weekends are BUSY times).

I did my research before I even went here. I called ahead to see if we could bring anything in, I was told if you don't have a booked party no decorations and I CAN bring cupcakes. So after calling and visiting other trampoline parks, I chose this one. The day of my visit I went in with 6 children under 4 to celebrate my 2yr old birthday. When we arrived a young girl approached asking did we have a booked party, which she knew the answer because she was the hostess for parties, I said no. She told me that I could not bring in my stuff I had, balloons, treat bags and cupcakes, if I did not have a booked party. I told her that I called ahead and was told I could bring the cupcakes. She then went on with her spill to say we could only sit at the 5 or 6 tables they had blocked off only if we booked a party. My dad asked how much was a party and she gave us prices starting at 200 for party of 10 and up prices. We then asked could we pay for the $200 package even though we only had 6 children, she then said well you had to book ahead of time because we don't have a hostess available. So now we like why would you offer something you can't give us now. Smh. So I took my stuff back to the car to cooperate since we drove 30 mins to this place. I spoke with the manager and told him that I would be bringing my cupcakes in because there was no way I was wasting money by leaving them in the car, so he did agree to put them in the freezer for me. I as very appreciative that he did that for me. I then paid $85 for my 6 jumpers and we proceeded to order food. Here comes issue number 2. We ordered 2 pizzas and was told they only had 6 slices left because all the other pizza was reserved and drum roll.....we did not book a party. So how does booking a party have anything to do with patrons that paid money to jump. Needless to say if you don't book a party you mean nothing. We were there for 2 hours and only two parties were booked while 5 or 6 other tables stay blocked off because no hostess was available. All the staff that were there that day should be fired, because there is no way you have 2 parties booked and 5 or 6 other tables free and you turn down money because no hostess was available. Everybody there should be able to step in that position for situations as this since they are big on you did not book a party. Customer service these days has really went to hell especially when people are paying their money it should not be this hard to have a nice time. Stop hiring children and promoting them to run an establishment. Deeply disappointed. I pray things get better here, because all I see is this place going out of business...

I had my child’s birthday party here on a Wednesday, I made it there 20 min early because I had 7 kids party decorations Cake and all, ok so when the party starts they tell me my pizza would be ready at 7:15 at 7:30 still no pizza, the kid that my party host tells me the pizza is on the way ok so I’m like let’s just sing and do cake by the time we done with all that the pizza should be here right ? Well no still no pizza. at 7:45 the pizza comes in the kids start to eat they give us like 10 mins to eat. Ok I’m fine with that well now that I’m getting my child’s gifts and everything together the host comes with my ticket to pay, I lay the ticket down and start back to gathering My things. my friend is standing at the counter the staff don’t know she’s with me ,she Hispanic I’m black , the party coordinator Tells the black guy to come keep a eye on me so that I don’t run........ wow really I have now 10 kids, gifts, balloons, left over cake and all. Do like pulling the race card but 🤔🤔 I honestly think it was because I’m black ..... sad because my kids love...
