GREAT FOOD AWESOME PRICES....EDITED* Two weeks later 6/12/19 I visited this morning after calling in breakfast. I arrived there to start the stench was so horrible the odor is SO overwhelming. The same girl that took my order over the phone was also the girl that was at the registeR. Once I arrive to pick up my food I specifically asked her was each individual item I ordered including CONDIMENTS included in the bag and she reassured me that it was. I made it back to work I proceeded to get ready to eat my breakfast only to realize that half of the things that I requested was not included and my order was incorrect. So I call the same girl answered the phone and I told her that my order was incorrect and half of the condiments that I requested are not included she proceeded to argue and debate back and forth with me on what I ordered and what I did not order which was not correct I know exactly what I ordered and what I ordered is not what I received in my bags so I asked her could I speak with a manager she puts me on hold and then returns back to the phone and told me I can bring everything back I informed her that I was on break when I came and I could not just leave work just to bring the items back I didn't get off of work until 3 p.m. so once again I requested to speak with a manager she then goes off and tell me that the manager was not available and she didn't know when or if he would be available because he's in and out and he's never there at a specific time so I asked her if you did not speak with management then who told you to tell me to bring all these things back and she could not give me a straightforward or correct answer all the while she's arguing with me so of course by this point I became irate and we had a few words exchanged before she said that there was nothing else that she can do for me and hung up the phone I'm very disappointed because my first couple of visits at this Cafe where pleasant outside of the stench the odor is horrible and it's small but the food was good and the prices were great but unfortunately I WILL NOT BE EATING HERE EVER AGAIN AND I HATE THAT I'VE TOLD ANY FRIEND FAMILY OR COWORKERS ABOUT THIS CAFE. I WILL VISIT AGAIN JUST TO SPEAK WITH MANAGEMENT OR TO FIND OUT WHOM THR OWNER IS BECAUSE HER CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS...

Zero star place!! I went here w my sister's for late breakfast, we never got our food!!we waited 50minutes! Other people came after us and got there's first! When confronted the waitress , she was giving me attitude and she then asked me if I still wanted my food or not, I said "what the hell do you think, we waited for almost an hr are you kidding me, then she says I guess you don't want it, we went back an forth with her asking me do you want your food or not?! , I finally asked for the owner, not there, asked for the manger and she was standing across the room and pretend not to hear or look our way! We left furious that the manger did not want to confront the situation, the waitress giving us attitude and never receiving our food! I had coffee and it was bland. They have no flavored creamers here. I try to help out local shops and this is the service we received!?? I could've easily wen to IHOP dowe the street! **MANAGER fix your staff asap!! Let me know when you do so I can give your place...

This review would have been higher however we unknowingly went on a day they only had one chef: we (3 adults 2 kids) seated at 11:30am Sunday, ordered our food and drinks as soon as we sat down...the staff only came around twice to ask if we need refills on our drinks never apologized for the long wait or anything 12:20 -one person got French toast with strawberries 12:36 - two of us got our food chicken fried steak with eggs, bear pancake kids meal 12:38 - one of us got our breakfast quesadilla breakfast 12:39 -last of us finally got her food waffle w/strawberry and banana on top And finally after I seemed a little upset with them for our food taking so long they said our apologies we only have one chef today! I wouldn't have been as upset with the long wait if they would have at least told us while we were waiting so long for food like the whole reason it was taking so long but nothing..however the food was...
