I am very disappointed in my last experience, After spending 1200$ in two days, I purchased a grill and bought accessories with the grill. I arrived home and started putting the grill together. As I was unpacking the parts I noticed both doors were damaged. I called the store and was told I have an option of returning or coming up there and getting one off display. After getting to the store no one wanted to help and they thought it was a sin to return a product. Not only was the manager rude but a couple associates inside the store were also rude and all I wanted to do was return the broken parts and get something that would actually work or a replacement. The lady which was a manager over the cashiers or whatnot was unhelpful and really rude. After I helped load the grill up on the truck. The lady grab some grates from the grill and scratched the side of the truck as my father pointed it out to her. All she could say was I will give you a $5 discount and everyone knows you can't get a discount for $5 at Sports academy. And if you did, what are you going to buy a piece of candy at your cash registers?. But anyway they sold me a display or let me trade it mine in for the display with no kind of discount and after getting it home and cleaning it up the doors were bent and the hood was bent and I recalled the lady saying after we were pulling off that she did not want us back into the store and she said this to another associate so I will not be going back to that store. But I do have some more stuff to return and I will not shop there again and I do not recommend it for anybody and this post will stay up here and it will be posted on Facebook and more social media sites until something is done about this whole situation. Read moreThe people here were not customer service orientated or helpful at all. The only one that was helpful was the one who brought me my online pickup order. I first went in the customer service area at register 1 to pick up my order and pay for another purchase. But the lady with the blonde ponytail told me I could not checkout there and had to go around. I went around to wait in another long line. As soon as it was my turn to get checked out, I was told to go to register 1 (which I had originally started out to begin with). I’m not sure why the lady with the ponytail even told me that. It looked like she had already counted her drawer and was just being lazy. The one who was checking me out was very helpless. I asked her 3 question and she didn’t make any effort to better understand or assist. And then I was told to wait at the sunglass counter for my order which took way longer than expected to get. If I ordered for pickup why is my order taking forever to come out. All I have to say is, if you’re not going to do your job the correct way (which is customer service) find a new job. Read moreWhile I had once given this store 5 stars as of recent it's had issues. The first being a safe that was listed on sale in their email they sent. I went to purchase the safe and it was out of stock, but I could have it shipped to my house for over $200. I went to the store to see if I could buy it and have it shipped to the store to pick up and they said no. Still no big deal but a little frustrating. I then placed a rather large order on June 8. I received a notification that some items are ready for pick up and some were delayed, but all items had to be picked by June 22. No problem. So items came in over the next few days and I picked them up and was waiting on two final items when I was notified on June 21 they were ready for pick up. Today is June 22 and I was going to pick them up and before I could get there they cancelled my order because I didn't pick it up in time. Again, not a big deal. I called immediately after receiving the notification and was told that unfortunately my order is cancelled and back on the shelf and there is nothing they can do.
