I regret choosing this establishment for dinner. I wasted my time and money! Management here is garbage.
I placed my order via drive-thru, then drove home to Charlotte after working in Gastonia for the day. After arriving home, I discovered that nearly the entire order was incorrect. I called the restaurant where the store manager lady was awfully rude about it.
She told me that I would have to drive all the way back with all of the incorrect food to give back if I wanted them to remake it, but I expressed to her I had just arrived home from working all day and I was 30minutes away because I live in Charlotte, not Gastonia. I made her aware that this was my family's dinner and it was all mostly incorrect. I also demanded a refund for the inconvenience.
She refused the refund unless I drove back and returned the incorrect order. This woman had little regard or remorse for the situation. She handled this mishap poorly & because of this I will never choose this location again!
We ultimately threw away some of the food because there were items my family do not eat. Also, two of our drinks were thrown away because the carbonation was off and it tasted like straight club soda. I wish I could speak with a District manager and get...

She said “ okay pull around “ upon pulling around to the window one of the girls walked up to the car said “ order name ? “ he stated the name was for Cris and she just held out her hand he said excuse me ? She just kinda stood there and he was like ma’am I have a mobile order. She then just said okay can you pull up for me and just walked away. Waited an extra 20-30 minutes for the food to be brought to us. But I just want to say Customer service at this place needs to improve dramatically.
