Let me start by saying I have had 6 birthday parties at this specific location between my 2 children. We had my sons 3rd birthday there today. I have never had such an issue until today and I have also never met the so called manager Amanda Matthews. If I could give negative stars, I would give the most negative I possibly could. A guest of ours was enjoying the foam pits with his son when he realized he had dropped the 2 phones in his pocket, in the foam pit. He began looking for them and advising others of what he was doing. Employees/manager approached and said that he was no longer able to search for phones. He asked why and explained that he absolutely had to find them. We used find my iPhone (which showed that it was exactly where he dropped them inside the pit) showed the find my iPhone ping to the manager. She then proceeds to call the police and have him removed, stating he wasn’t going to look for it now and wasn’t allowed back after everyone had left to look for phones. She had more than an extremely negative attitude, along with literally no qualities any type of manager should express. She asked for his name and number if they found it but what number are they going to call when phones are in the foam pit. She frequently stated they weren’t responsible for lost or stolen items yet wouldn’t allow anyone to look for the items in the specific 5x5 area where they were. She stated the pits will be cleaned out once every 6 months. I explained to her that was to long and that anyone of the employees or herself would pocket the phones (steal them). She says that her employees never take anything they find from foam pit and always return all items to her specifically. Funny enough my children and I are at this place multiple times a week with memberships going years back & I just so happen to be there the day they were cleaning out their other foam pit..I explain this to her along with the fact that I could and would gladly point out the male and female works (if you were their this summer, I am speaking of a young woman and a young man) that I watched pocket a gold chain necklace, multiple gift/credit card looking items, keychains, the list goes on..she said no that’s not true and I quickly suggested pull up camera footage as she should know the exact date since they only do it 2x a year..I explained that it appears she is interested in stealing these items and they possibly would be too. He was banned from premises for life and I told Amanda Matthews that I would never have another bday there or jump there ever again..she also refused to give me the corporate number or the franchise owner. These phones are brand new $1200+ phones each and are very sought after. If and when any higher up sees this please contact me so we can discuss multiple things. I have an entire party of witnesses and am beyond furious over this lady doing this in front of my child at his bday that we just freaking paid for but that is an entirely different review in...
Read moreMy kids LOVE it here!! & me & dad have had a lot of fun jumping too..
But unfortunatly we just had a bday party here & the party "host" that is "included" in your package wasnt what i expected a "party host" to be.. i understand there are other visitors who needed things.. we were the ONLY party there at that time.. i seen 4 people working & every visitor i had at our party all made a comment about how these people didnt have it together.. i had to ask for several things that i paid for extra in the party package online.. my kids wouldnt have gotten their shirts if i wouldnt have thought about it & asked. & they didnt have the sizes i chose online when booking the party. Had to keep walking back & forth to the front to ask for something else they said was included.. extra plates, forks etc & my two $4- 2 liters i paid extra for.. & once i went & asked it took ATLEAST 15 minutes to finally see someone coming. I understand there are other visitors, of course! But we were the only party booked that night.. i can imagine how it would be with 2 or 3 partys at once! Also, they told me in a confirmation email to send a pic of the birthday kids & they would put it up on the screens in the building.. i sent the pic but never seen a pic anywhere.. which is the least of the issue.. I hardly ever leave reviews & NEVER leave one complaining!! But i feel like they were very unorganized & could have been more present as a "host". Or atleast checked on us one time.. I will say though, when she was tending to us, she was very sweet.. she brought our pizza out & then my drinks, then the kids icees & told me if i need anything come let them know & i did. It was just a lot to be doing everything myself & going back & forth to ask for things i needed & that they should have known ahead of time because i added it all when i booked the party online like they...
Read moreI am giving two stars only because their employee Destiny is such as amazing young person. Without her, it’d be ZERO for their party rooms/packages. She is the glue holding that place together, and had it not been for her spirit and poise at the front, we would have surely cancelled our child’s birthday party and walked out. This location is the most disorganized trampoline park that we have visited. On a busy Saturday, they have ONE child on a little tablet attempting to check in hundreds of party guest and wrist band them all. There were about four other “workers” sitting at the table playing on their phones and looking at the crowd of people. Our room was not ready on time, we saw our party host twice, this was just an absolute mess. I have attended three other trampoline park birthdays parties at other locations, their operations run much smoother. This location needs a better training, supervision, and overall system. And, they better add more staff to the actual park floor because safety is definitely an issue. There should be a few older crew members or a dedicated rules’ enforcement team; otherwise, this place will surely have lawsuits due to injury. And make sure you all do right by Destiny! She literally had to ask coworkers sitting besides her to help wrist band partygoers while she checked them in on a mini tablet. I was one of many frustrated parents that had to apologize to that sweet baby for my tone and overall aggravation because she did an impeccable job in a chaotic system. Lastly, there was not a mask or any form of social distancing in sight. Advice to other parents, have your party arrive an hour early to checkin, complete all waivers online, even though you’re paying roughly $500, you better bring your own plates, cups, water and utensils (all of which should have...
