The store is very beautiful. I bought my wedding dress here my first time a good time but I didn’t get that full bridal experience. My budget was $800 I was willing to go to $900 the most I felt like I could have gotten something very nice in that budget. The dresses she was bringing in wasn’t really what I was looking for but the last one was my dream dress she said I brought it in here but you don’t have to even entertain it but you know being a bride you see a dress you actually like then you want to try it on but it was over budget it ended up being close to $1200 including taxes and fees but my parents agree to help me out with it. I felt like she was showing me dresses that I wouldn’t like so I would go for the most expensive one. I put it on layaway they allowed me 90 days to come pick it up. Maybe me and my parents heard wrong but I could have sworn they did the alterations there but they do not. I went on October 8th to go pay off my dress once I was doing different payments I felt like I was treated unfairly. It took three cards and cash to pay off my dress where I had saved up all these months cause I’m from morganton which is an hour and 10 minutes away I could only do one trip down there but I felt once I did that I was treated unfairly. When me and my mom was looking for her a dress they do offer MOB 10% off when you buy your wedding dress there. They lady I can’t remember her name but she looked new was pulling dresses that really didn’t look my style she had left to go out the dresses that was a no back and ran somewhere else I went to help my mom with the zipper and she came up to my mom saying I wasn’t allowed to touch the zipper if I had zipped it all the way up I would have been charged for that dress. My mom got dressed and I went to look on the rack for myself and I found one I asked if my mom could try it on and I felt like she sort of got an attitude and said well that dress needs to be order and it takes 10 weeks to get here which is fine my wedding is in March my mom tried it on and it’s absolutely beautiful I was in love it’s exactly what I have been looking for we made the appointment for this Friday and I was going to come back and get it until we went to Poffie girls and found another dress and got treated really good. When I went into Poffie girls it was a true experience I wished I would have looked more for my dress and found that place now I was having major dress regret just cause I didn’t get my bridal experience. Bedazzled didn’t give me a list of places that do alterations but I got it from Poffies which I really appreciated. I would say try Poffies first if you want that true bridal experience I would say bedazzled is good if you are getting married in the next 4-6 months. I appreciate them for giving me my dress but I won’t go back and I wouldn’t recommend my family or...

I chose to get my wedding gown here because I had gotten my two prom dresses from here many years ago. The day I went to try on gowns, I found my dream dress which I will cherish forever - and I guess that’s ultimately the goal. HOWEVER, to give me that “moment” they placed one of their veils on me and asked me to say yes to the dress which I did. I chose to put my gown on layaway and make payments on them as I could. My mother-in-law paid for the down payment for my dress and I went to pay the rest online and realized my total was WAY more than what my dress and added belt should have been. Come to find out, they put the veil on my bill - which was over $300 - even though I never got the opportunity to look at anymore that the store had to offer. Whenever I went to the store to ask them to take this off, they said they couldn’t take it off my bill UNLESS they returned my dress to the floor inventory, me “purchase it again” and ring it up on new invoice, but the money my mother-in-law had put towards it would be null and void.. (even though my dress and the veil in question had never even left the store at this point, because it was still on layaway).

We decided to get my bridesmaids dresses from here despite this because of the discount you get having purchased your gown from there - one of my bridesmaids dresses was entirely too big. They blamed it on her saying “your body changed so that’s not our fault” and suggested she take it to their recommended alterations shop. She went, and the alterations place was going to charge her $700. Therefore, she had to pay for another entirely new dress out of pocket. Even if she HAD lost weight, it was definitely not that extreme.

We also decided to get our groomsmen’s tuxes from here - we DID decide to change the shoes from black to brown after initially picking out the tuxes. However, two of the groomsmen shoes were still black when their tuxes came, one of which was my nephew’s and the employee told my mom “it’s not our fault the bride changed the shoe color three times”.

Ultimately, the service here is TERRIBLE - they will be nice to your face initially, and then act slimy whenever something happens. They will never own up to mistakes even if they make them, and only care about business and putting money in...

I can't stress enough how amazing my experience(s) with Bedazzled have been. I live 3 hours away and thought purchasing my dress and bridesmaid dresses from so far away was CRAZY but I was so wrong. From the second I walked into the shop, my anxieties were put at ease from the wonderful staff. I apologize for not remembering everyone's names but seriously every person I have talked to in person or over the phone has gone above and beyond for me, which is exactly what a bride needs during the stressful wedding planning period. The lady that worked with me the day I picked out my wedding dress sat with me, listened intently to my image and concerns when it comes to my dress and hand picked a handful of dresses for me to try After loving certain aspects of the first two dresses I tried on, she found the PERFECT dress that had my favorite aspects of both previous dresses, and it was exactly like the dresses I showed her that I was looking for. I'm telling you, the woman was good at what she does. Having someone know so much about dresses and the inventory available was incredible. We had my dress, veil and bridesmaids dresses picked out within an hour and a half and this was my first time ever trying dresses on! I had an equally great experience when I made the trip back to pick my dress up when it came in. Another girl helped me this day and was extremely patient as we picked the perfect earrings and attempted to find out exactly which height heel I'd need for my dress (which can't be taken up). She really deserves an award for her patience that day! When I got the calls that my dress, veil and bridesmaids dresses were in, the staff members who made each call shared in my excitement and were just so friendly. I even called back at one point and they knew me by name before I even told them who I was (how's THAT for customer service). When I've had any anxiety, they have reassured me and encouraged me. I even explained to Paula (that's the only name I remember off hand) that one of my bridesmaids backed out of the wedding at one point over the phone, and she served as my personal counselor and reminded me that this is my time and to enjoy it amidst he emotional stress. Honestly, I'd never choose another place to buy any formal wear. I've been so happy with literally every encounter I've had with Bedazzled, and that is so hard to find these days (especially when...
