Been here before with my son who is 2 years old. I am always by him except for the indoor playground/bubble jump areas with the "max height" limits. It was his favorite place, until he broke his arm falling off a step from the playground.
At the time, I didn't think there was adequate staff overseeing this busy area where the younger and most vulnerable kids are playing, but it sounds like they might step it up.
Don't get me wrong, it's a fun place. I know broken bones will happen in places like this (the bone surgeon at the hospital confirmed by saying they see cases several times a week). I would just be weary of bringing any kids under 4, and keeping your little ones heavily supervised.
Note: I had updated this review from 2 stars to 4. Originally, I was disappointed because they didn't call to follow-up within the period they had said, and I didn't have enough information to understand what had happened. After leaving this review, Samantha had left me a voicemail, which I didn't see due to having a new phone. Over two weeks later I found the voicemail and called on a whim to see if she remembered, and I was pleasantly surprised she recalled without hesitation. This to me shows that we were not just "another casualty to be forgotten" as I may have posted earlier. I received a genuine apology and understandable explanation from Samantha, and we went over what they had seen on their security cameras.
After the traumatic experience, I would feel comfortable coming back once I know my son fully heals and isn't immediately going to...
Read moreI never do reviews but I had to after how I was made to feel by one of the employees today. Last time I was here there were refills on the drinks so I had assumed that was still the case. I didn’t see the sign that said “no refills”. I was with my 6 year old daughter and quickly got some Pepsi and as we were walking away we were confronted by a young man working the food counter. He was very animated in communicating the no refill policy. I explained to him I honestly didn’t see the sign plus a friend of mine who’s a member here had said there were refills, so sorry I misunderstood. He then pointed out to the both of us the cameras that are surrounding the food court, which was completely uncalled for in my opinion. He then stated “it’s ok to be honest you should try it sometime it feels good”. I found it completely inappropriate and offensive! I didn’t get his name honestly I was kind’ve shocked, speechless if you will, the way he spoke to me. I didn’t appreciate him implying that I was a dishonest person, especially with my 6 year old child standing there. Never have had an issue before. Overall my kids enjoy coming here. I know it’s hard nowadays finding and keeping employees but they should really think twice before speaking to someone and saying off the wall comments as such. I would hate to see something happen to him all because his mouth. Maybe he needs some customer service training, not sure. Anyways I wanted to leave this review so somebody sees it because...
Read moreGreat place for the fun trampolines good little kid area foam pit flips basketball dunking and of course their dodgeball now their is other things to do but unfortunately base tickets aside everything is very expensive but for now we will put that aside. The dodgeball is what stood out the most to me (being within the age range of normal play) but even adults can join it was lively have enough balls to keep it interesting and overhead seating for family to watch. The games where regulated loosely by staff, but their was more then enough competition to make it fun. Now coming back to prices which brought it down almost 2 stars now for starters the ticket prices are predatory at best they have strange time zones and it’s only a few more bucks to get the all day instead of the 3 hour but here’s the thing I found you most likely won’t every use past 3 hours so then if you only want a little more it’s expensive then not to get started on the other activities. Starting with laser tag, now you may be thinking similar to creggs cruisers that most things including laser tag would be included but unless you want to use your special passes which come with a few per purchase it is additional cost then not to mention the other “special pass” items such as the mini escape rooms. Now to end it off all I have to say about the food is the drinks are the same price as a slice of pizza (3.75) and another 2.50 to refill them....
