What went from a bad experience turned into a horrible experience on August 8, this was approx around 730pm. Not sure who took the order. When my husband got home with their Original 12 piece Bucket Meal, plus 1 Large Side of Gravy which is smaller than what they use to be and a Bucket of Pop. Everything changed when he opened the Bucket of Chicken. The chicken, looked uncooked, it had clumps of dough on some of the pieces and it definitely did not look "Original". He called them and told them what we had gotten. Explained we live 20-30 minutes aways and what did he need to bring back to get this resolved. I believe he spoke with "Ken," who told him to return what he thought needed to be replaced as "All day long the chicken has looked that way, it was not coming out crispy". He told Ken, this looks under cooked. All of the other food was what expected, so he only took the chicken back. So he left with the bucket. By the time he got there he was told their fries where closing down for the night and they were no longer making fried chicken. He then asked for something comparable. Ken had told him, there was nothing comparable they could offer because they were getting ready to close. That definity made things got worse and especially when Ken refused to give him at first a refund of $39.58. Instead he got a $25 credit because, he did not bring everything else back. Which he had asked "Do you want me to bring everything back? and was told 'only what you have a problem with''. Remember, we live 2-30 minutes away, there and back. Needless to say, we did get a partial credit, not sure we will go there again. I called the next morning, and I got Ken. I barely said anything, and she was carrying on about, how he held up their drive thru line and kept other customer's from getting their orders and he was demanding things to be fixed. I asked how could that be if they were getting ready to close and their fries where done? Ken did not response. I said, I am pretty sure if you spent $40 on food and you did not get what you expected, you would be pretty upset, especially the way you are treating and carrying on with me. Ken at that point said, if you dispute anything, they will block and deny it.
Next time, we want chicken we'll go somewhere else and definitely check our food before we leave any...
Read moreThis was an unfortunate experience all around. I seldom leave a negative review, but KFC has lost our business. We placed an order online and selected the "drive-thru pickup" option. We arrived in the drive-thru with 5 cars ahead of us before our order was ready. It took 42 minutes for us to get to the window of the drive-thru just to get cold food. Since everyone else behind us in line leftdue to the wait, we asked for them to remake our order since it had been sitting for over 40 minutes. If it's packed and ready to go, and sits, it gets soggy and isn't very desirable. The young gentleman at the drive-thru window said we could have come in to pickup the order. I asked, "what was the point of selecting "drive-thru" as an option for pickup", especially if I have never ordered a mobile order from KFC before. We asked for a refund instead and then were told that because we ordered through the app, that we'd have to get a refund through that. Then, we were given the option to come in and wait an additional 20 minutes for food to be re-made. So it was essentially over an hour to get a "fast food" order with little (terrible) customer service and not a single apology from the manager, or a "sorry about your wait"..... Nope. Nada. I get things happen or there might be a rush, but that's when customer service is supposed to kick in. Just an apology or a simple conversation would have gone a long way, but for them to drop the ball and have awful service and not see a need to remedy the experience for the customer, was enough for us to say we will not be returning. Even after all of that, they still messed up the order. Had this been a one off experience, I wouldn't care, but this place has been less than stellar regarding service and wait times so we will not be...
Read moreYesterday we ordered 4 spicy sandwiches as we have done many times in the past. Upon eating it we noticed how soggy it was and also noticed it wasn’t the spicy sandwiches that we typically get. The bun was soggy, there was some sort of white sauce on it instead of the spicy sauce. I called today shortly after they opened (I work in the healthcare field, working 12+ hours and was unable to find the time to call until today) to explain this all to them and was told I could come in and get them replaced (which I’m very appreciative of) Once I arrived I was met with whom I’m assuming is the manager only for her to tell me that next time this happens I need to bring the food in to show them first, and that this has happened before (I’ve only had to call and “complain” one other time. Mind you we go to this location at least once a week) Maybe they assumed I was one of those lousy customers who lie to get free food? I’m not sure! I told her we took pictures of the food and I’d be more than happy to show her but she refused, so I drove off. I decided to come here and show them because like I stated I’m a regular customer of theirs. I don’t want to be portrayed as someone who complains and makes things up for free food. Pictures...
