Store Number 33015 at 188 Chicago Dr. in Jenison Michigan. Consistently cannot get an order correct. trying to order a burrito with beans and cheese only with nothing else on it. My son cannot eat the sauce or anything else they put on it. They keep messing the burrito up. This location is the worst I have ever seen. I am sick and tired of their inability to listen and get an order correct. Over the past few years the have messed my order up 50% of the time. Most times I catch it but sometimes I don't until I get home. It is infuriating. I will not do business at this location anymore with this staff and management. In fact previous staff and management have had the same problem. The owner is failing to train them. If that location disappeared tomorrow it would be perfectly fine with me. I am so ticked off that I don't want to have anything more to do with Taco Hell. Everyone I know will know of my discontent in the incompetence of the employees at this location. I know nothing can be done about it but I am sure there are more people like me that share the same sentiment and sooner or later it will hurt their bottom line and that would be fine with me. Poor service will not survive. One star rating is given only because you can't give them zero stars. BOYCOTT...
Read moreI ordered a tacos locos combo and a $5 cravings box last night. Well it was 15 minutes to midnight when I picked them up. ANYWAY. I drive home because this Taco Bell always gets my order right and I don’t usually have to check items. I get home and look in my bag and THERE AREN’T ANY TACOS LOCOS. I look at my receipt and confirm that, “yes, I did in fact pay for my tacos locos” and now it’s midnight on the dot. So, I quickly whip out my phone and call the number on the receipt. Drew picks up and I explain, “hey, I just picked up around 15 minutes ago and—“ Drew completes my sentence, “—and you forgot your tacos locos” I guess I had pulled off too fast. So that’s my bad. Anyway, he’s says, “we almost done tonight, if you want, I can drop the tacos off at your house.” And I’m hesitant. I don’t care THAT much about tacos. But he offers and says it’s not a big deal and that he’s a manager and it wouldn’t be out of his way. So I say sure, why not? He tells me that Juan is making new tacos as they speak so they don’t have to give me the old tacos that I had ordered 15 minutes ago. So I give him the info. He drops off the tacos with 12 cinnamon balls!! I’m not even mad. Great service. Great...
Read moreHaven't had too many issues with this location in the past, but today really took the cake. More staffed than I've ever seen it, but absolutely terrible service. They installed a kiosk where you order your food instead of having someone take your order at the counter; that alone is enough to get me to never walk into that Taco Bell ever again but doesn't necessarily warrant a complaint (Absolutely disgusting, a wonderful way to spread bacteria). Having a serious dislike for kiosks like that, I figured we'd be able to still order our food at the counter, like McDonald's allowed when they started installing kiosks like that, but we were ignored for a few moments. When it was brought to an employees attention that we were waiting to be helped, the employee at the counter told us to use the kiosk. Ok, so you're extremely well staffed but apparently not well enough to take our order. That's fine, change in policy, we have to use the kiosk, whatever. What really bothered me was that, while we were eating, five customers walked in and all had their orders taken at the counter. Absolutely abhorrent service, will not be coming back to...
