Very clean restaurant with well trained staff and great food.
This following portion was added after Culvers replied to my review and I went through all the other reviews so please don't be the negative person saying "he probably works there". Because I do not.
I want to update this review to let other customers know something that is pretty important when ordering from this location....this is one of the busier locations and when it is busy inside it is busy in the drive through. Adding to that is Doordash, Uber Eats, and any other third party app they may use. They do not have to use these other services but they do to make your experience easier and faster and give you options. Ordering during lunch or dinner time and expecting a location as busy as this one to get your order out before anyone else is just going to leave you disappointed. They try their best to please everyone but you must realize you are not the only customer who is in a hurry nor the only one who wants every item to be made to look like it does on the menu. How many other people before and after you are going to harass them about how long it takes to get food? Would you put someone first amd hurry after they scream at you and threaten you? Im assuming no. Culvers is not FAST FOOD, it is fresh made and made to order. If you are polite and patient I guarantee they will do their best.
Adding to this point....if you are in such a hurry there are ways to order ahead. Order ahead then allow them a bit longer to get it completed before you show up. Arriving 5 minutes after ordering online and complaining it's not ready is just ridiculous. The apps do not know how busy the restaurant really is they give you an estimate.
Also, you have time to wait for the food, pay for it, take pictures and complain online, bash hardworking people who show up day to day despite everyones daily negativity, who might even be training a new employee while doing their job....all while there is a meijer in the same parking lot where you could have gone and bought things to cook at home....maybe could have ate before you left home. Your laziness and lack of planning is noones fault but your own. These places exist as a convenience to you and everyone does their best. If you experience a bad visit its probably because that employee feels so beat down by how rude everyone has been that they are contemplating quitting. Show some respect and compassion please. You are not the only person...
Read moreI brought my daughter and her four friends to this location for a birthday dessert on February 22nd 2021 at 8:15 p.m. We were not even through the door before being verbally attacked by the entire staff. Caleb proceeded to tell us we would not be served unless we spread out, because our party size exceeded their limit of six... there were seven of us total. We then asked if they could provide masks for the guests in our party with medical exemptions, and Caleb behind the counter rudely told us the only ones they had were on their face. Another employee then came out and said that she did in fact have some to give us. She went in the back and came out with them in her bare hands. We kindly asked if we could get clean ones from the box with our own hands as they would be on our face, which she allowed as long as I put on a latex glove. After we were all masked at their demand, we began attempting to place our order. Chelsie interrupted Gretchen at least two times while we attempted to order, and was very adamant that she get our information. I paid with cash, which she took in her latex gloves and entered into the register. She then picked up our water glasses and handed them to us with the same gloves that had just touched the germ infested cash. If we are going to be so technical, how is this even logical?! It gets better. We sat at our table, only to then watch the employees galavant around behind the counter and in the kitchen, touching one another and then customers food. One male employee with long hair, which was not in a hair net, was taking orders to and from the kitchen. Another health violation, wouldn’t you agree? But we are concerned about our party size and my medically exempt kids being in masks. Our order was delivered, but not until after we had watchedthis said employee put his hands (which were in latex gloves) into the trash by the seating area and onto his mask to adjust. Culver’s has been a long time place of enjoyment for my family, but I will most certainly never support this...
Read moreCurbside was supposed to be ready by 1:04 (I ordered at 12:53). I was there at 1:04 and let them know. At 1:09 I let them know I was there still, and replied to the email that I was there. At 1:20 I called the restaurant and finally reached an employee who said they were bagging my food. When it arrived to my vehicle, not of the soda's were marked which they were. I was missing utensils, napkins, straws, and I was missing the apple juice for my granddaughter. The employee wasn't helpful in replacing the missing items nor in trying to calm the situation of being over 15 minutes late. I called the store to ask for the manager and an employee finally answered. I had to repeat the managers name (from the receipt) 3 times, and then after a long pause the employee asked if I wanted to speak with him. I explained that I was upset at the service and was missing items, and yes I wanted to speak with him because that's why I called. I could hear the owner in the background telling the employee just take a message rather than servicing a customer. I highly recommend never going to this Culvers location and question utilizing and Culvers location...
