I have been hiking in the Lake Georgetown trails pretty much everyday in the evenings and I love it. There are few entrances. I use this entrance through the Cedar Lake BLVD. Recently I have been using the other entrance through the Woodlake Park. It's more convenient and easy to get to the Lake Georgetown overlook Park where you can use a public restroom.

This is a nice trail right near the heart of Georgetown. I hiked this trail and stopped to do some fishing along the way. The deer and squirrels have no fear of humans and can be seen roaming around and lounging in people's yards. It's very peaceful, and using ultralight tackle makes the fishing that much more fun.

We got to come here for the first time walking around sunset time! Twas a nice trail along the creek and it’s refreshing to walk through the path! Since it was almost dawn time, we walked for only a short distance yet it was good! Will be back for the full experience next time! Cheers 🥂
