I don’t want to leave a one star because Cully has great customer service and such a nice person always helpful and nice to me and the customers but today I have to give a 1 star… I came in cully help me out. There was no chow mein so she said to give her a sec, she was waiting for the cook to give her the noodles so we started talking making conversation (no one else was in line) then Cindy came up behind cully, can’t even say “excuse me”. Cully got out the way so cindy can get her Togo order. Cully and I can see that noodles are done and the cook is finishing up…. Cully gets up close so she can receive the noodles and serve me but for some reason the cook goes straight to Cindy and gives here the noodles, Cindy grabs the noodles and start filling her Togo order… like Ma’am!! I was here first before you even brought your Togo box and started filling up! In all honesty I feel racial vibes from Cindy never says “welcome to panda” to me never a smile nothing, not friendly no customer service. One time saw her about to cross the street, so I slowed down to let her pass she looked at me saw what I looked like turned back, walked across the street and not even thanks or a hand up something nothing. Read moreOrdered at the drive thru. Simple plate order for one. Requested 1/2 fried rice, 1/2 super veg. Had to pull out of the drive thru line & wait 10 min till they cooked it (at least it was fresh) Requested soy sauce and chili sauce. It’s hard to check an order of Chinese food when I was in the drivers seat behind the wheel in my car. Got home, no fried rice, no sauce no sriracha!! (Worst of all!!) haha. I’m a female senior citizen. It’s dark & rainy tonight and I’m too far and too tired to drive all the way back. Btw, I checked my receipt and the orinted order was correct…there was a QR code on ticket but the ticket did not have the info required to Complete the feedback survey which annoyed me even more. It would have taken 10 seconds to check the ticket and make sure order was correct. And the restaurant was not terribly busy. All in all, food was good and staff was very sweet…. They just need to pay attention to the drive thru customers that have to wait for order to be cooked. No one should have to open a strofoam box full of saucy kung pao chicken to check the accuracy of their order in a dark, cold...
Read moreAgain and Again and Again and no one ever responds so maybe a review will work in getting some sort of communication. No matter how many times I go through this drive thru, I have the same order, and the same issue every single time.
Every single time I order a Plate, White rice, Double Honey Sesame chicken. I do not understand how much simpler it can get. Yet every single time I trust them again, I wind up driving off without inspecting and getting White rice + Double some other meat they just had ready (Today it was Orange chicken, super cool,).
Sick and tired of not having some sort of quality check for something you get off a buffet line thru a drive thru. It doesn't make any sense. They're in separate containers inside, does it change if it's through the drive thru?
Anyways. Tired of consistently never hearing back and consistently having the same issue every other time. Just drive the extra 10 minutes to the University one, they've never screwed...
