I was super excited to try this place since it had more than pizza and salad. I ordered food online and drove to pick it up. I was 10 minutes past the pick up time and they handed me 1/3 of my order and said “thank you”. Puzzled, I said I also had 2 pasta dishes, Luana said oh, let me see. She walks to the kitchen and comes out and tells me the pasta takes longer to make, so I said it was already 10 minutes past my pick up time, how much longer? With her mouth agape she just looked at me as if I asked her about the winning lotto numbers. She eventually said 5-15 more minutes. Then I was annoyed, how are you going to tell me it’s going to be that much later than when it was supposed to be and now the pizza would be gross by time I got home?! She offered to stick it in the oven until my pasta was ready
no thanks! Another girl came out and told me I was just waiting for the bread that came with the pastas. Ok, I go and wait another 5 minutes, I ask again how much longer? I’m told again “I don’t know?” I asked if she could find out, she goes to the kitchen, comes back out and tells me the manager said I’m waiting on the pasta not the bread. At this point I’m frustrated and asked why the manager can’t come out and speak to me himself? He comes out and says “I’m sorry, this is my fault”, great, how much longer?! She brings my food out and it’s missing one of the breads that come with the pastas. After the same blank stares, no one knowing what’s going on, I get my food and leave 25 minutes after the pickup time only to get home and the blackened chicken capri is literally the exact same as my daughters chicken Alfredo. The capri had the same chicken, it wasn’t blackened, it was dry, there was no spinach (I ordered no mushrooms and they got that right), there was one quarter of an artichoke heart and it tasted more like plastic than anything else. My daughter’s Alfredo was almost identical, hers had more sauce, but same plastic flavor. My husband got the Wyatt’s bbq chicken pizza, it was ok. Not much flavor either. The garlic bread that came with the pasta was hilarious. The cheese stuck to the foil and not to the bread, one was burnt so bad it was as hard as our countertop and the other was soft and pillowy. Again, ZERO flavor. The restaurant was clean. Firo is far superior in flavor, quality and service, it’s down the street and the employees are all on point!

So excited about Crust Pizza in Georgetown! First time in. Got the Wyatt’s bbq chicken pizza and ziti. Both were great. Service friendly and fast. Like the crunchy crust of the pizza and the combination of toppings was perfect. The space is clean, open and relaxing. Lots of indoor seating. Like the lunch deal. Like they have draft beer and wine. Loved they had to go containers easy to pick up for take home food. Everything was intuitively set up and easy to find We will be back! Thanks! (Only fun addition would be the option to have outside seating but know the space out there is limited so maybe not possible
but sometime nice to have outdoor seating).

We dropped by Crust Pizza Co. for the first time. The shop looks nice inside. There is plenty of parking in the area. We ordered up front - two side salads, some serrano wings, and a large pepperoni, tomato basil pizza. We had all you can drink iced team. The salads were good especially the Caesars dressing. The wings were fresh baked and tasty. They were not hot from a spicy point of view, but steaming hot out of the oven. The pizza was thin crust but not cardboard flaky. It tasted very good. The service was really good. Nice local place to get a good bite two eat. We welcomed the owner / manager to Georgetown. We will be back.

Had a review all written up and for some reason it disappeared! So here goes again Online order today (05/18/2025 @ 4:30pm): *Don's Pizza lg. *Goat cheese salad Dinner salad with extra dressing *Italian sandwich Cinnamon stick pizza The good: *Italian sandwich was good (not great but not a negative, thus the two stars. The bad: Goat Cheese salad: was mediocre at best. Little to none salad dressing. Salad was okay but not worth $11.00 for quantity or quality. Dinner salad: 1 maybe cup of lettuce with two tomato pieces, one shaved onion piece, four black olives. Again, not worth the $5.00 charge. Cinnamon sticks dessert pizza: much smaller than the box it came in. Cold and chewy which was okay but you're expecting somewhat warm temp. The chocolate sauce had a watery consistency. Nothing close to the product video. Don's Pizza: In a word... "sad", cold, hard, tasteless, minimal. They all fit the description. I have never ever experienced eating a pizza where the "toppings" completely separate from the crust! Like they were made in two different locations and put together at the store. Zero sauce on the crust or toppings. The toppings were absolutely nothing like the photos of others (I will be editing this review to add the photos). Think of all the supposed toppings compressed together in a couple of millimeters thick sheet and then pressed on a crust without sauce! The toppings were flat (all pressed into one " ingredient" sheet). Weirdest, tasteless pizza I have ever experienced in my life. When taking a bite of the cold ( not warm, not Luke warm, not maybe sitting under a heat lamp warm) but colder than the inside temp of the house cold. I have eaten plenty of pizzas around the US and other countries but never had this kind of pizza experience as this was. A complete waste of $72.00 (w/ $10.00 tip for pick-up). I was hoping to write a review that would be positive and help a small business by free advertising. I didn't want to leave a review like this without first just emailing the owner(s) of my experience. I have done that for many reviews in order to give the business a chance to improve. I did and do not want free stuff, a refund ect... This business does not have a dedicated email site for communication to management / owners. I will not be returning to Crust Pizza and I personally feel that they will only survive by having one time visit customers. Wish this would have been a better review. Save your time and money until there is a proven change in quality and quantity value. As far as these people who give it 5 stars, I'm glad your experience was a 100% better than mine. I also wish my pizza looked as good as some of the photos posted.

I wanted to like this place! The service was fine and the atmosphere was much like any other strip center eatery. The beverage center drinks were not calibrated, two out of three sodas were more carbonated water than soda. I finally settled on the lemonade, and it was even watered down. The caesar side salad was not fresh, more lettuce than not was brown and the pieces were so big I had to fight to eat it, and the small square bowl made it even more of a challenge - could not toss it to get it dressed evenly without it all falling onto the table. I ordered the 10” margherita pizza - generous size for a personal pizza. They cut it in squares (like you would for a child), versus the traditional pizza cut, which I abhor not having a good crust at the top of each slice. The crust was like flat bread versus pizza crust, and the top of the whole pizza was heavily oiled, like so much I had to waste a handful of napkins to blot it so I could eat it. The cheese was definitely not a buffalo mozzarella or of any quality, the basil was baked on it versus fresh (yuck), and there were tomatoes baked on (mushy and making the pizza wet). Their take on a margarita pizza was not what I expected. It’s unlikely I will return, but I gave it a shot. I know I’m being picky, but $50 for two for lunch, and it was mediocre at best is...
