Great place for local produce and locally crafted food goods. You can get French radishes, local mixed greens (Steadfast farms is my favorite!) , artesian cheese and sausages (All are delicious, but Proper Beast has some inspired flavors), fresh breads, sweets, and spice rubs just a short walk from each other. I love the market because of the variety. They almost always have a few places selling similar things, your not stuck with one farm's vegetables, or one type of bread. I also love that because Gilbert also hosts an artist's market, the farmer's market is just that, for farm and craft food goods, no disappointment looking for local veg and finding wind chimes instead. There is also food trucks for when you get the urge to nosh (known to happen when your food shopping) They also have options for dietary restrictions including sweets for keto (Valley Keto) and plant based sweets for vegans (Funshine Bakery) I can't give 5 stars because there are always some vendors who don't or won't wear a mask. Some vendors take extra steps to be safe, but some don't care. They are pretty easy to spot, I walked away from a local peanut butter maker because the vendor was wearing his mask on his chin and sneezed on to his jars. So...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI love Farmers markets and the Gilbert one has become quite a weekly venue. The "newest kid in the block" is La Belle Vie Bakery. I was extremely impressed by the true integrity in their bread and pastry making. I was born and raised in France. La Belle Vie bread, croissant and chocolatine took me back to my childhood. Their prices were lower than the other vendors selling baked goods, and their quality product was holala! Keep an eye on this new baker, La Belle Vie Bakery is very promising and an outstanding addition to our Valley!
Then l also loved the new additions in the artsy section of the market! There are lots of budding talents in Gilbert Farmers Market. I didn't a anticipate watching an artist painting live s new...

What we loved about this market is it was wall food for vast majority was food. Usually farmers markets in the US are a mix of crafts and food we really enjoy when it is mainly food as thatās what we are there for.
There were so many vendors but all offering unique things. We wish this was our local market, but itās not. If you live anywhere near Gilbert and love supporting local food businesses this is the place to go! Also they open super early get there early to...
