I have been to many different nail salons in my lifetime, never have I felt SO COMFORTABLE at one. From the moment I was greeted, I felt right at home. Then, the pampering began. 🤩 I felt self-conscious bc it had been a minute since my last mani/pedi. Rather than judge, they made me feel like I had nothing to worry about. They promised to take care of me & they delivered on this promise! My skin felt silky, hydrated & looks marvelous! They didn’t rush & the massages were the BEST! I had trouble choosing colors for my nails, but they were super patient with me & helped me match colors to some pictures I had saved from Insta. The conversation flowed so naturally & organically that I stopped for a moment to look at the time & said I had to leave soon. It was then that I was notified that I had been done long ago. I just felt so at home that they let me sit at my chair until I was ready to go. 😆 I am super picky with nail salons & I also loved that this place was clean & aesthetically beautiful to look at/sit in. My nails were perfect for all of the pictures I took during our holiday get-togethers & outings. If all of the above doesn’t convince you, at the end of the treatment, a gel manicure & spa pedicure cost almost half of what I pay at other places. I was hoping this would be my nail salon as it is just around the corner from where I live. Based on the reviews I was excited to try it out. I went in for a pedi and callous remover treatment. When they put down the armrest the cup holder was full of nail dust. DISGUSTING! The tech barely touched me with the cheese grader thing....needless to say I had to do it myself when I got home. Waste of money there. Also the tech was more interested in her next customer and left someone else to do the polish. This tech was in such a rush to get me out of the chair that she got nail polish on my sandal when trying to put it on. I had to point it out to her....she acted like no big deal. My mom and I have been coming here for over six months and we love it! The staff is incredibly friendly. My mom doesn’t speak English and they are always so accommodating to her and try their best to communicate with her to ensure she is enjoying her service. We never have to wait as the staff is always ready when it comes time for our appointment. Speaking of appointments: I adore how you can book online instead of calling in.
