Finding prime IV hydration wellness was absolutely heaven sent. I have been so sick the last couple months and currently getting over pneumonia. I had feel absolutely depleted and was on my last ditch effort to try to feel better. The x-ray technician suggested that I look for in IV place to get some fluids and vitamins and I stumbled across prime IV online. I went to the location in Gilbert which is absolutely beautiful. I met with the most wonderful nurse Sam who was so incredibly helpful and kind. She spent so much time with me on my intake paperwork listening to everything that I had been through which has been a lot to make sure we did the right combination and got me on the right path of healing. The overall experience was pure bliss.. It was such a cool experience. The IV drip room you go into a so relaxing, the massage chairs are amazing and the overall vibe is just so relaxing. It's been very well thought out and executed. As a day spa owner I was so appreciative of all the details and the environment this is done in. All of the staff from start to finish are so attentive and caring couldn't ask for anything better. I was so pleased by everything I joined the membership program and was so excited to see they offered other products that I had been interested in as well. They even followed up with me the next day to see how I was feeling and to make sure I enjoyed my experience. It doesn't get better than that with customer service!! When I got home I felt so great that I called my girlfriend and said I've got to take you back with me next time. I can't recommend this place enough. They have something for everyone. Never had IV therapy before so I didn’t really know what to expect and quite honestly I was very nervous and anxious about it! I got there and the nurse was super communicative and very patient. My nurse was Sam

I am kind of a “worst case” scenario person asking a wide ranging questions from realistic to borderline stupid and she was very patient with me and entertained all my questions which made me feel more at ease. She made her recommendations and she kept saying “if it wasn’t safe I wouldn’t be recommending it to you” and that sat well with me.

The oxygen and massage chairs were really nice! They had blankets and pillows and snacks everything to help me relax. In all honesty I was anxious during the treatment but if I wasn’t I am sure I’d be super relaxed.

I got there a little late and I looked at the time and it was 6:30PM about half an hour after they’d be closed yet I didn’t feel rushed out or like I was a burden which I was. I was worried and anxious about everything under the sun but the team and Sam were very great and let me do my treatment at my pace slowing down the drip and checking in on me.

Even more impressed that Sam called me the day after just checking in and making sure I was doing ok! I was very impressed to hear from her and thought that was an excellent touch to follow up!
