Ruth Conklin Gallery — Attraction in Glen Arbor Township

Very rude staff! I’ve been going to Glen Arbor for the last ten years and every time we visit this store the old sales lady is extremly rude. This last visit I had my 7 month old twins with me and as my MIL was pushing the stroller through the door the sales lady started yelling “ oh no! No, no, no strollers! You can’t bring a stroller in here! Yeah I understand they have “artsy” stuff they don’t possibly want broken, but she could have been a little more tactful. Her rudeness cost her a possible sale and future sales from my family. Every other store and restaurant we went into was so nice and helpful with holding doors open and even asking about the babies.
