I'm a bit biased in my description as the Totem Shop is a family favorite that has been here for years and my family has been going to since I was too young to remember. I always liked to go in and play with the toy swords, rubber band guns, and water toys or buy packs of plastic army soldiers to put on my sand castles along the beaches.

It's seemed to me that the quality has gone down a bit in the past few years, but that could just be me getting older and more removed from the days playing...

I can't say enough good things about the totem shop! Their customer service and product selection is excellent! My wife found a unique pair of earrings that she loved. Unfortunately she lost one of these earrings and was extremely disappointed since we didn't live in the area. A quick call to the store and the courteous and friendly store manager, Ken Schwaiger, immediately found her an identical pair to the one she lost and shipped it out across the country to her the very next day. This type of true customer service is a rarity to find. I can't recommend this store enough. It's obvious that they care about...

The customer service in the store is outstanding. I bought some beautiful tri-metal earrings last year and lost a piece of them. I called and emailed not really expecting much but hopeful I could buy just the piece of metal I had lost; the owner gifted me a new set completely free without hesitation out of the goodness of his heart. I couldn't believe his generousity and kindness. These are my favorite earrings and I would definitely recommend...
