Walkability – I really enjoyed walking here. It’s a peaceful and easy stroll, perfect when you just want to slow down and reconnect with nature. The paths are surrounded by flowers, trees, and gentle streams—such a calming vibe. Photography – As someone who loves taking nature photos, this place felt like a hidden gem. There are so many little details to capture—reflections in the water, textures, light filtering through the leaves. It’s small, but full of beauty. Maintenance – The arboretum is very well maintained. It felt clean, safe, and clearly cared for, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Parking – There’s convenient parking right near the entrance. I didn’t have any trouble finding a spot, which is always a plus. Admission – It’s free to visit, which I really appreciate. It makes it so easy to stop by spontaneously when I need a reset or want to take photos. Hours – Open daily, so you can visit whenever it works for you. I love having a place like this available throughout the week.

Half of the park is cultivated with nice flowers, archways, paths and a pond with a fountain. The other half is really rough swampy terrain, also with little paths and rickety wooden bridges. My little boy enjoyed the adventure of running around the woodsy paths in the swamp, but it's not something they should do unsupervised! They should maybe put a sign up with a warning, and a map of the swamp in case you get lost... Overall we liked it and will probably go...

There’s a playground right next to arboretum and restrooms were open on a Sunday afternoon but not sure if that is always true since they are in a building that can be locked. The parking lot was full because it is shared by members of the town pool, but there is also...
