Glendale Galleria — Attraction in Glendale

I am a retired active duty Air Force and a Disabled Veteran. On Thursday March 17, 2022@18:35 I stopped at this Location to purchase two combo 1 meals, with a root beer float and a corn dog. Total $22 , the young teenager that seceded me rang me up and gave me my root beer float. I was waiting for my order to be filled because I had just finished exercising at the Sporta Fitness Center. I was enjoying my float but then realized other customers that were coming through the drive through were getting their orders filled. I just assumed that my corn dog was taking longer. But, later a young man with two small boys came up to the counter and placed his order and got it fast. That's when I asked the folks what happened to my order? They just looked at each other and didn't say anything. The young man that had served me was busy putting together about six hamburgers. He saw me several times sitting there waiting and didn't say anything. I thought that was very rude and terrible sevice. I don't like to bash young people who work but, the Managers and Team Leaders should make sure these young people are trained to provide a good service. Obviously they are "not" properly trained. Many owners and CEO's become wealthy by hiring cheap labor and, while they are out there enjoying their profits, people like me pay the price. No Senior Citizen should endure this kind of treatment. I hold the Manager, Team Leader and Owners responsible for lousy service. This morning Friday March 18, I called and asked to speak to the Manager, Jay and I was told he doesn't come in until 17:00. I told the person I was speaking to and he said bring your receipt and we will return your money. I told him that those teenagers took it and didn't give it back but, I said I paid with my debit card then, he said well sorry and hung up. This is very disrespectful to a disabled citizen. I am "very" disappointed with Lenny's Burgers.

One of my favorite places to eat was Applebee's, but the service and food just doesn't have it anymore. Tonight we were there and the service was ok but as the night went on it got slower and slower. The food wasn't very hot and my pepsi was flat. My friend ordered a drink and the first one was very watered down, but the second one was better. Last time we ate at this same Applebee's the service and food were bad. We all had hamburgers and fries which were cold and the hamburgers were way over cooked. The service was terrible. I don't think we will be eating here for a LONG...

We went to Lenny's Burger for a quick bite and had a very bad experience. The lady inside told me that she had two people quit that day and it definitely showed in our meal. Are burgers were wrong and fries were cold and mushy to boot. We also waited forever and it was freezing in there and they did not offer to redo anything., Or give us our money back!
