Pizza Point — Restaurant in Gloucester Township

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I’ve ordered from here many times and their delivery drivers can never find my house. Other businesses deliver to me completely fine without issue, but for some reason, their drivers can never find my house resulting in late and cold food. I have tolerated it because all we get are Panzarottis and they’re easy to reheat. However, tonight was my last straw. I called the restaurant to tell them the delivery driver never dropped my food off, that their drivers can never find my house and to please reimburse me for the food. The owner got on the phone and started questioning me as if it was my fault. I told him there are delivery directions very clearly written with the name of the business where I live. Food is fantastic! I have no idea about what happened tonight. Ordered on Grubhub like I always did. Initially was quoted delivery at 720pm and I ordered at 630pm. When I checked Grubhubs tracker because they're usually early, I found my delivery time was now 745pm. I typically wouldn't care but my kids have an 8pm bed time. Waited until 745pm and still no food. I tried to call the store but they shut their phones off. Now I don't even have an opportunity to CANCEL! 803pm and still NO FOOD and still THEIR PHONES WERE OFF! Thankfully Grubhub was able to cancel my order, but its 830pm now and I just finished putting something on the table for my kids to eat! What I thought was my typical "I don't want to cook" night turned into a disaster and I will never order from a company that TURNS...

I get a lot if takeout pasta entrees from a lot if italian/ pizza restaurants. And this place surprised the heck out of me. Just a little pizza joint in an empty strip mall next to a little wawa. First time here I get what I normally do, spaghetti with garlic/oil sauce w mushrooms& spinach, grilled chicken, and parmesan cheese. It was wonderful and huge portion more than most other places. Came with a nice salad with a huge portion of dressing which is rare to get. They also gave me free fresh breadsticks and a whole fresh buttered roll and the biggest thing is it was only $14.50!
