I love the exercise classes for Seniors. Ann always makes it so much fun & she is very encouraging. The trips Gorham Rec Center takes us on are always fun & interesting & Katie is awesome! Now we have the walking challenge & have been on some enjoyable hikes with other Seniors. Wonderful...
