Edit in 2017: The parks and rec department has really done a lot to this park recently. They have thinned out the trees, added a drainage system so the park doesn't flood anymore and updated some equipment. The lodge could still use some work, but they are absolutely on the right path!
This has got to be one of the most overlooked parks in all of Cuyahoga Falls! There is a rental cabin, but it's extremely old and outdated. Definitely needs an overhaul. The play equipment is old and torn up. They recently took out a piece of equipment that was fairly large (it was old and rusty, needed to go) and they put a new piece in its place. Sounds good except the new piece of equipment is small and awkward and the kids don't use it.
