Clubhouse Grill & Pub — Restaurant in Cuyahoga Falls

I've been coming since I was 21, & I've always had a soft spot for the Clubhouse as one of the best dive bars in the Falls. The owner, Chris, is friendly & trustworthy, the prices are low, & though the bar itself is definitely, well, divey, it's divey in a good way, not in a dirty one.

The bar is split up into two halves: one includes the bar but has a quieter, restaurant-like feel, with a jukebox & booths; the other side has pool tables, a dart board, a huge TV, & karaoke on the weekends. The Clubhouse can get incredibly crowded on a weekend, or you might find it almost completely empty - never know what you're going to walk into. The clientele ranges from totally normal to totally wacky to totally trashy, but the good news is that you can usually count on some good people-watching. The only food I've ever gotten here is the mozzarella sticks (delicious, obviously), so I can't speak to the rest of it, but the mozzarella sticks make for some damn good drunk munchies.

Though I was a regular here when I was younger, I moved away for a few years & hadn't been to the Clubhouse much upon my returns. Imagine my surprise to learn that the owner still remembered me - full name & all! Now that's the kind of local dive bar you...

Used to love this place and spend a lot of money here. My husband had a bad experience and wrote a review. After that I went in and a bartender told me that I wasn't allowed in there because of my husband. She then yanked me up and pulled me out of there. When I attempted to call the police over the situation of the bartender putting her hands on me, the owner came out recording. He said that he was having me towed and would try to get me a DUI. Funny thing was I never even got a chance to order a drink here so I hadn't even drank. Anyways lots of my other friends have had bad experiences here. They have also said how rude the tall dark hair girl bartender is with telling people they will get a drink when she is good and ready. Really unfortunate because this was one of the first places I started doing karaoke back in 2015...

I come in here weekly and understand the owner/operator is understaffed and overwhelmed. I ordered food and 2 hours after the group I was with received theirs and ate I ordered again telling him it would be for take out since I clearly wanted to leave at this point. I was polite and patient. I was charged retail for the wings special and told 15 minutes. 40 minutes and a tip later I still have no food. A complaint by one of my colleagues and he gives me my money back without hesitation or explanation. Months of loyal service with a large group of friends and I’ll be steering...
