Triple Play Vintage — Local services in Cuyahoga Falls

So I live in Bedford area, about 30min away. Called before hand to see if they were buying poke cards, they said yeah, just no bulk. I said that’s cool because I had ultra rares and alternative arts in Pokémon cards. Did my research before calling and I saw I had a few that was $20 or more. So I got out of work and drove 40 min to come up here. I walked in and said I just called about selling some poke cards. Then I was told, “we aren’t buying any, sorry” It was the reason I called so I wouldn’t waste gas. Was told they are buying just to be told they aren’t buying at all once I arrived. Thanks for wasting my time and gas just now. Came here a few times and was excited that I lived a bit closer now. But I won’t be coming back...

Absolutely love TPV Pokecenter! My wife and I are big fans, and I tend to pull alot of great cards from packs I buy from here. Last time we were in we bought a single pack from an open japanesse 151 Booster box, and pulled a reverse holo masterball print kingler. Packs might be a tiny bit pricey in some cases, but they're always worth it.

EDIT: I wanted to come back and add to this review since it's a year old. My wife and I are still huge fans of TPVPC and get some of our best hits from here. Stellar crown released today and we pulled this from their "10 packs for 32$" deal. We also won a 300$ spending spree here in the past, one of the best card...

Started going to TPV in 2020 when the Pokemon selection was just a small table in the back corner. Since then they’ve opened a store that is exclusively Pokemon right next door! I am so impressed with the selection, prices, and staff. Pokémon was not their main business in the past, but you can tell they have put a lot of effort/research into the Pokemon space to be a reliable and trustworthy seller. It doesn’t matter if you are an experienced collector or new to the hobby, you will feel welcome here.
