Court Square Florist — Attraction in Graham

I have ordered flowers from this place for years off and on. I had just told my daughter the day before my bad experience happened how good they were with beautiful flowers, cheap prices and nice people. I just had a close friend pass away and I went in the shop and got some beautiful flowers with a teddy bear to be sent to church. They were not delivered !!!! I was so hurt that I had no flowers. The driver said he delivered. There were three men from the funeral place that were there when the casket flower and two others came in from there. Mine was not with them. So somewhere between the florist and church my flowers got gone. They are refunding my money but that doesn't help the hurt. I would have rather have the flowers there when they should have than to have the money. So I advice anybody that orders from them call the morning the flowers are supposed to be delivered and make sure they are so you will not be hurt like I am. My daughter thought that they should have at least offered to deliver a small flower to the family free of charge for their mistake. They do have beautiful flowers but I will not do business with them anymore. I would like to apologise to the florist for what I said in this review. I found out that the florist did deliver and someone that was not a nice person took the flowers and hid them and then went back and got to return to florist. Some people are unbelievable !!!!!!!! I previously posted my review, although it doesn't show on this page, but wanted you to see what someone wrote to me about the Cala Lily delivered for me to Rich & Thompson for the Kimrey funeral: "What happened? Your plant didn't have very many leaves, was thin and didn't look nothing like that picture." Needless to say, I'm sure you are as embarrassed as I am. I have been using Court Square floriest for years for all of our family funeral needs. My husband has also used them for our anniversaries and mother's day when ordering flowers for me. My Grandmother had used them for years and was actually who recommended them to me. I knew when she suddenly and unexpectedly passed away that I wanted her flower done by them as she considered Joncy a close friend and Court Square the best around. I went up there and order what I wanted through one of Joncy's staff members and included a couple pictures so they would have an idea of what I wanted. When I called back a day later to add flowers to be placed in her hands, I was told Joncy was personally doing my Grandmother's flowers. They were even better than I could have ever imagined and Joncy did an amazing job on them.
