C & Z Grill — Restaurant in Graham

I understand this is a new restaurant but our experience here was awful!!! Girl at the register didn't know what she was doing and over charged us from lunch specials to full menu price. When we received our food it was not even what we ordered at all they gave us sesame chicken instead of hibachi chicken Forgot to put my salad. My husband ordered chicken wings supposed to be six Teriyaki. They were hot and spicy instead we ordered crab rangoon wasn't even in the bag. When we returned With the food cuz this is definitely a take-out only restaurant. There's three tables which were already full. The manager then decides to argue with us about what we ordered that they gave us what we ordered even though we showed them our receipt that said otherwise and then he said it would be 20 minutes for him to remake it. When we ask for a refund of our money back. He told us know we would have to wait for our food and that all he could do was give $5 back of the $20 we spent there and didn't even get...

Good portions, good location, good prices.

I’ve ordered from C&Z a handful of times since they opened, from their Chinese dishes and the hibachi menu. I’ve had a good experience every time I’ve been there to pick up food. The egg rolls are crisp and hot, the wonton soup is full of wontons, the Singapore chow mei fun container is packed tight, and their hibachi meals have oodles of meat (I especially like their hibachi steak). I can often have a good dinner and lunch for the next day.

It’s an easy choice when I don’t want to think about what to make for dinner or have limited time to cook in...

Normally I like this place, but on my most recent visit the Chicken lo mein had an unpleasant taste. The lo mein felt mushy and some of the chicken had an unpleasant taste and smell as if it had gone bad. I hope that it was a one time thing. The other dishes like hibachi chicken, shrimp, sesame chicken, chicken wings and egg rolls have always been good though. I hope that they see this review and improve or reach out for comment or response.
